The pool and the dock were critical for our two families. The layout of the bedrooms made it very easy for our group of 10 people to stay. Some updates needed in the house and the price was relatively expensive but a great stay overall.

Amazing property on the water with gorgeous sunsets. Close proximity to St. Augustine downtown. Would definitely recommend for large groups. We enjoyed our stay & only wished the weather was warmer.

The property was even better than expected, really! Lovely interior design, great view, quiet location, comfortable beds, great kitchen, full of necessities and amenities, fun outdoor equipment and soooo much space. Great for family or friend get-togethers. Worth every penny and the hostess responded immediately to my various inquiries each time which was priceless.

We loved our stay at Janet’s house. It was the perfect spot to spend a week. Everything we needed was there……beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, kayaks, and a very well stocked kitchen. Our 14 year old grandson loves to fish and he spent every morning and evening on the dock fishing. He was very excited with the variety of fish that he caught. Our 5 year old grandson lived in the pool. The location of the house is perfect…..walking distance to a breakfast restaurant, a 5 minute drive to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the beach. We also loved the fact that each family had their own space. Janet was a wonderful host and replied very promptly if we had any questions. Overall, a very special place for a family vacation.

Awesome location

This was a fantastic location, a short drive away from all of the main stuff in Saint Augustine. We were there for our daughters wedding and had a fantastic place to visit with friends and family leading up to the event. I highly recommend this location. I would definitely stay here again.
