Great location close to Sneads Ferry and quiet beach area. Very clean, comfortable beds, and enough space for our group. Elevator was great for our mother and aunt. We were so glad we found this place so they could enjoy the beach with us. Very responsive host for the questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

This property has the most beautiful view of the beach! Everything was clean and lovely, with modern decor and an elevator! Walkway goes right down to the sand! We had an amazing time!

Just concerned of where you are supposed to go in the beach after they planted sea oats so far down. When the tide comes in you have to basically leave the beach because of the newly planted sea oats.

We have no complaints of this day was we just wish they would have been a little more considerate with refunding us for the two days we had to leave due to a death in the family even after sending the obituary other than that it was a spectacular stay

We absolutely loved our stay so convenient with the stairs & elevators loved the acces to the pool & hot tub!!! 10/10 would stay again & recommend to everyone. Very clean loved the fact it was supplied with pots & pans & a coffee pot so we didn’t have to bring our own. 3

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were very nice. We loved the pool, the beach and the outdoor dining spaces. It was a quiet an relaxing spot and the hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second stay and it was as fabulous as the first. Everything you could need was provided, the unit was clean, very nicely decorated, and the views were so amazing. Arrival and departure information was extremely helpful and we hope to return soon.

Fall Getaway

Relax by the Sea was a beautiful property. It was a very well maintained oceanfront home! We loved that it was dog friendly. It had all of our basic necessities upon arrival. Its fairly close to Sneads Ferry, which was nice for grocery shopping! We would stay again!

Amazing views, great beach and really nice property- excellent hosts

The views were stunning, the hosts were very on top of everything and accessible if you needed anything or just had questions, plus they had a really cool online information site just for the property we were renting with a ton of details and recommendations for amenities and food. The property was well maintained and clean. The beach was beautiful and so much fun for our family.

Great place!

We had 9 people for a weekend getaway and the place was great. Hot tub is awesome and so convenient to the beach with private walkway. Very spacious kitchen for all of the cooking. Management was very communicative. Loved it!

Our stay on North Topsail was everything i jad hoped it would be and more. It was a chance to spend some quality time with my wife, some good friends, and my son, daughter-in-law, and first grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone anfd the weathet was perfect

Family Time

Great Stay in North Topsail Beach

Loved this property. The layout provided much privacy with the two bedrooms on separate floors with the living space/kitchen floor between the two. Hot tub and covered gazebo also a wonderful asset, as was the heated courtyard pool. And of course, a wonderful view of the water. We would return here.
