We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. The house fit our needs and had all the accommodations we needed. There is some road noise since the home faces a busy street but did not affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
This house was exactly what we needed. It had plenty of bedrooms and area to spread out. It had a very comfortable feel to it. They let us check in early which was very nice. The location was convenient for all the activities we had planned in the area. We would return again if we were in the area.
Overall the place was very nice ! We enjoyed our stay. location was great for getting to our tour stops. Garden of God’s, Echo Canyon Rafting, Pikes Peak, Royal Canyon Gorge and Cave of the Winds! Beds were comfortable . Everything was available for cooking! The only thing about the place is it’s located on a main road.. Traffic can be loud at some times. Backyard is fenced in so privacy was good.. place outside could use a little tender loving care.. there is no grass so backyard is all stones with weeds . Garage was available also to park our car in . That was a plus! Communication was very good with host!
We had 3 different families coming to Colorado Springs for our daughters wedding. This was a perfect place for all of us. Perfect location to downtown. Beds were great and had a lot of space to hang out as well.
It was a very wonderful home for our family. We were visiting our son. We had plenty of room. The only thing is that it is on a very busy street and was very noisy. Everything else was very nice.
Property accommodation worked for our needs. It was Clean. Only issue was outlets in bedrooms didn’t accommodate for plugging in medical sleep device so had to go buy long extension cord.

The house had a strong, rancid smell when we first arrived, which made the initial impression unpleasant. We ended up buying supplies to freshen the space, and later discovered the smell was coming from the garbage disposer. To the property manager’s credit, they did communicate with us and followed up the next day to try to resolve the issue, but by then we had already figured it out ourselves. The lawn and yard upkeep were not maintained, which added to the feeling that the property hadn’t been used in a while. Upon entering, we noticed some cobwebs and had to kill a few insects. That being said, once we settled in, our overall experience was good. The property manager’s responsiveness was appreciated, and aside from the initial cleanliness and maintenance issues, the house met our needs.
Great basement (family room, two large bedrooms, full bath plus laundry). House faces stoplight of very busy street. Road noise is real. However, we hung out downstairs and it wasn’t an issue. Close to everything (shopping, Garden of the Gods, easy drive to USAFA). Nicely decorated, super easy communication.
The inside of the home was very clean, very cozy, and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were comfy! The only consideration in not giving a 5 star is that street traffic is very loud, especially at night, for the first floor bedrooms. Plan on taking a noise machine along and that will help! Otherwise, a very pleasant home to stay in. Thank you!
It is very noisy at night sounds like a drag strip the place is exactly what you need when getting away everything was perfect and we understand you cannot control the surroundings. Thanks very much would stay here ahain.

The host was very responsive to our messages. The street in front of the house can get loud at times
5 of us made the trip to Colorado to see our new grandbaby and house was perfect for our stay. My husband and I stayed downstairs and we had our own little living area, while our kids were upstairs in their own area. The house was very clean and just as described.
We enjoyed our weeklong stay here, as we toured Colorado Springs and went to a family reunion. The home is comfortable, and the 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) were furnished nicely with great beds. The back porch was nice, and the 2 living areas gave us flexibility. We would recommend it!
The home is even bigger than it looks in pictures! The kids had plenty of room to play and have their own space. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in Colorado Springs.
Pleasant stay, home was as described.. clean and cozy... located close to everything , owner reached out before and after to make sure we were happy, would stay again 😊
I was looking for a place to stay near my daughter who had just had a baby and couldn’t travel home for Christmas. The location was perfect! It was so close to her house. There was plenty of space and it was clean and bright. We were able to hang out together or spread out if anyone wanted more space. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. If we travel to Colorado as a big group this will be my first choice as a place to stay. The only small downside was that it was off of a busy street. But the sound machine provided in the bedroom was helpful
We chose this home because of the “comfortable beds” reviews and so glad we did! They were so comfortable! It’s close to everywhere we wanted to go! Very clean! Lots of space! Everything we needed was available. I hope to visit again one day!
All the amenities you could ask for. Conveniently located near downtown. Clean and well stocked house. Overall great experience. When i come back to Colorado Springs, I will request this same house.
Check in was super easy, the house was spotless & had all the things we needed! The basement was the perfect hang out, washer and dryer were so handy during our stay & the patio with the view of Pikes Peak was amazing for meals at morning & night! The beds were super comfortable, everyone in our group slept so well! We were in town for a week long softball tournament and the house was in the perfect location to all the fields we were playing at! Communication with the host was great and answered any questions we had! We would definitely book here again & will refer to friends!
