There was a small maintenance issue from the previous guest that needed to be repaired during our stay, but we were given early check in for our troubles. The room was clean and maintained, but the mattress was not great.

The room was just what we needed. It was Labor Day Weekend and we were only staying overnight. Room was easy to find and so close to the beach and right across from intercoastal waterway. So we could see all the beautiful boats and yachts. The room was small but spacious with a nice big screen television and we had no issues with parking.

Overall a nice hotel room with a well stocked dorm room kitchen. It felt a little crowded and smaller bed might have allowed for bigger sitting area. Very functional for 1 or 2 persons. Basic but clean with great help and responsiveness from owner. Easy parking in safe area. 1.5 mile walking distance to beach or to Airlie Gardens. Restaurants across the street.

“Awesome place. Great amenities. Attention to detail was off the charts. The location is to die for. Everything was as pristine and neat as it gets. The host was very responsive and their instructions were spot‑on. Best property we’ve stayed at by far. Loved it and will definitely be back."

We had a lovely stay! Can’t beat the location a quick drive to the beach, walking distance near a marina and restaurants. We had a nice dinner at Dockside, gorgeous sunsets! Property was super clean had just what we needed for a quick stay!

The property needed some updating, microwave broken, seating needed more padding, musty smell, pet friendly which was nice, close to restaurants, right on the intercoastal waterway, snacks that were offered was nice, could have offered some k-pods as a special touch.
