Communication with owner was great before and during stay. Appreciated the restaurant suggestions. Clean and well appointed. Nice pond view from screen lanai. Would be perfect for those visiting IMG Academy as it’s just down the road.

Not only was it clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but the owner Richard was incredibly kind and helpful! He was so communicative and willing to help give information for our stay. This place was perfect and we would love to stay here again!

The property was very clean and well prepared for our check-in. Good communication with the host made our stay easy. Many shopping amenities nearby made it convenient to get food and other necessities. A grocery store is within walking distance. The development is maintained very well.

We stayed here for an IMG event and it was a wonderful stay. Location is perfect and close to many restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Also, just a short drive to the beach. Richard was an amazing host!

Our stay at Casa Bella couldn’t have been better! The property was exactly as described, and Richard was very helpful in suggesting local restaurants to try. We really enjoyed the relaxing water view from the lanai, as well as the close proximity to Anna Maria Island. The condo complex has many walking trails, and the heated pools were a plus! The kitchen was also well supplied with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This property is in a perfect location. Close to so many stores and restaurants and the drive to Anna Maria beaches wasn’t far at all. Richard was great with communication, checking in on Day 2 with restaurants suggestions! I would definitely rent with Richard again.

Richard was an excellent host from the time we arrived with all the info we needed to enter the condo to the check out. He checked in on us during the stay to make sure everything was in order and find out if we had any questions. Condo was as pictured, clean, bright and well appointed. Would highly recommend.
