Stroll the scenic grounds to discover a fishing pond, Foster Creek, and nature trails. Pisgah National Forest and the Smoky Mountains are nearby, and Asheville is a short drive away.

This single-level home accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a queen bed in the tranquil master suite. The bright en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity.

The two guest rooms both have a pair of comfy twin-size beds. The Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.

The 80-acre property includes nature trails, a tree swing, fishing pond, and babbling Foster Creek. Step outside and explore the natural beauty at your doorstep!

Enjoy alfresco meals at a picnic table on the screened porch, or grill out on a brick patio complete with a charcoal grill and a wood-burning firepit.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

This rental is situated in a sparsely populated homestead, owned by one family. Kids of all ages will have a blast exploring the shared 80-acre parcel. The nearest neighbor is 100 away from this rental.

Downtown Mills River is 3.2 miles from this secluded farm retreat, and an array of hiking trails and fishing spots are close by. Ashevilles breweries, music venues, and eateries await in 30 minutes or less. Soak up the citys culture and history before returning home to your own slice of country heaven.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
