Great location! Feels like you’re in the middle of the woods, meanwhile convenient to all downtown Asheville has to offer! Would definitely stay here again!
Great location to drive to downtown Asheville and the other places we visited. Property was just as it was described in the listing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Our host was easy to communicate with and made check-in & check out easy.
My husband and I had a great stay here for a weekend! The space was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Location was great and easy to get to. Host was easy to work with and communicated well during the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Very walkable to restaurants and some breweries, very close to art district and downtown - very fun city to visit! Place was very cute, comfortable and clean, highly recommend!
Great stay at “Rio Pequeno!” Very comfortable and clean property. Close to the New Belgium Brewery and River Arts District. Back deck very peaceful and a tranquil setting!
The host and space were amazing. Great communication regarding the property. The neighborhood was walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and a nearby bus stop was an easy and cheap ride into downtown. We highly recommend Kelly and her home.

Thanks so much for your nice review! I'd love for you to come back anytime!
Kelly was an amazing and accommodating host. Her space was very clean and neat with a beautiful view. She also was very informative of the area and gave us a bunch of recommendations that we checked out and had a grwat time! We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Asheville
Amazing space and location, just what we needed for a weekend in Asheville. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to Taco Billy and Pizza Mind (both solid choices). Quick Uber ride to downtown also- Jelly was very responsive and friendly. We will be back!
This place was easy and comfortable with everything one could want in Asheville. It was walkable to stores and restaurants and activities… Especially to the beautiful brewery along the river.
This location is great. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We loved our stay and loved being near so many local business options. I definitely recommend checking out places like the Asheville Art Museum, visit a local gallery, or see a play at NC stage. The restaurants were fantastic as well. We especially loved the rooftop bar Wildwood Still, our meal at Crusco, and of course we will not stop thinking about the Sweet Potato Chaat at Chai Pani. Bagatelle books and Early Girl Eatery are walking distance from the VRBO location and are also a must!Overall this was a wonderful visit.

I loved that you made such fantastic use of your time in Asheville! And I haven't tried Crusco so glad to hear you enjoyed it!
Property was exactly as described. Owner was beyond hospitable in every way! Very private and able to walk to eat and go to some breweries! Very convenient and highly recommend!!
Kelly was an excellent host!!! She greeted us with some local beer, gave us some great recommendations, but also gave us our privacy. She was very easy to get ahold of if needed. We had everything we needed for our 6 day vacation and were extremely happy with everything. The pictures truly do not do justice to the nature and relaxing atmosphere here! We would definitely come back here again!!!
