This was our second stay, and it was great to be back! Location is terrific! Troy replies quickly to all messages and his place offers lots of extra amenities! We definitely kept busy (biking, grilling, volleyball, fishing, swimming)! Also loved the boba and rolled ice cream place in town (an easy bike ride from the property).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean, comfortably furnished and the pool area was spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and only a short distance to downtown Punta Gorda. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my 3rd time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the prior 2 times. The home is immaculate and spacious with a clean pool and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet within a 5 minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda and 10 minutes to interstate 75. Troy, the host, will generally respond within the hour to any questions or concerns about the property. Thanks for another great stay. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!
