Recently updated (Winter of 2021) kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen waterfall counters with high end appliances and the bathroom marble counters with new stunning cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom, the upgraded flooring has been updated for a clean look and feel. New furniture and Smart Tv's in front room and bedroom including a queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Oceanside California North Coast Village Condo, Oceanfront with sounds of the surf from the condo, walking distance to the Oceanside Pier to the South walking distance to the Marina to the North of the complex, this lush complex is like stepping into a tropical paradise with tropical lush vegetation including large Koi ponds and waterfalls, the complex includes 2 pools, 2 spas, indoor Sauna, fitness center and pool tables, Oceanside is close to Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego Wild Animal Park and Sea World.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 10:00 a.m. Empty the refrigerator, freezer, and unit of personal items Turn off all lights, wall heaters & oven, return any moved furniture back to its original spot
Place dirty dishes in dishwasher add cleaning pod and turn on Take trash to the trash bin Pile used towels in the bathroom tub Close and lock all windows and doors
Return all keys and FOB's to guest key drop located at the HOA building (the bungalow looking building behind the pool)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This Oceanfront Condo was perfect for our stay in Oceanside. We often prepared meals and were happy with the kitchen supplies. Gas grills were a short walk away.The location is perfect for walking anywhere in the harbor, beach or downtown area.

I will look to stay here again. Location of the complex was GREAT! And location of the unit within the complex was also GREAT! The views from the balcony were great. We didn't hit the pool but spent all of our time on the beach instead. Wonderful stay!
