This was our second stay at Adam's place, and we will definitely return again. The place is the best value out there, and we love the proximity to the downtown area. Great place
This is a wonderful place to stay while in Grand Junction. The house was definitely updated with care. Beds and towels are comfy and we had everything we needed. Easy walk to downtown and quick drive to campus. Would stay again.
The house was perfect for our stay. Close to downtown and close to Las Colinas Park. We just walked everywhere but bikes would be nice to have too. Very clean and comfortable beds.
This is a great house with all the essentials! It’s clean, well-maintained, and easy to get to. I’ve stayed here twice and been happy both times! My only complaint I think is with the app, in that it makes things like check-in info harder to find than necessary.
My husband and I stayed here for 8 days and loved it! The host thought of everything we might need during our stay and then some. It was truly a home away from home. This is within walking distance to some cute downtown shops and restaurants and very close to Colorado National Monument. We used it as a central hub to visit the Monument, Grand Mesa, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, Fruita, and Palisade. The house was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. We loved the supplied toiletries, laundry soap, dish soap etc. It was so nice not having to purchase extra on our trip.
Best value for any rental we have ever stayed. The charming home is immaculate and comfortable. We loved the art, and the beer on tap. We also loved the walkable area- very close to restaurants, etc.
Very nice property. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and easy check in and communication. Located just blocks from Main Street with many shops, restaurants, breweries and art. Also blocks from the Riverfront Trail which is great for biking and walking. Would definitely return to this property in the future.
Our host was very responsive to our inquiries and went out of his way to help us with an unexpected travel departure issue. Very thankful for his willingness to assist our situation.Location is fantastic as it is an easy walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Also close to the train depot.Property is very well maintained and has all of the kitchen appliances and utensils you would expect. Overall a great experience! Would stay here again.
