Nice walking distance to everything, great location beside the park for young kids. They enjoyed the splash pad at the park in the morning and the beach in the afternoon. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay with family! The house was clean and well-equipped. The hosts made arrival and checkout easy and provided a lot of information about the house and area. Easy walk to the beach and the shops and located just across from the park. The game barn was fun for kids as was the bunk room! Would love to stay here again.

House was charming and in a great location to the beach, the park and restaurants and shops! We brought our 12 year old Cavalier, which was nice. It was very hot when we checked in and the AC was set to 77, which was much too hot to be bringing in bags and a senior dog who really minds the heat. After some emails, and maybe 2 hours, it cooled down enough. I would suggest having the AC set to at least 74 on an almost 90 degree day when someone is checking in. We got that situated and then it was fine. These are not "problems", just things we encountered. Listing says body wash and shampoo is provided so we didn't bring any. That was a bummer because there wasn't any in the house. I should just pack it always because you never know. It was very hot the 3 days we were there so we didn't get to spend too much time outside in the barn, but it looked like fun. We did enjoy the front porch swing bed in the mornings and evenings though! Good restaurants to walk to, the beach was pretty much empty which we loved and we enjoyed walking in the park across the street! All in all a great 3 day mini vacation! We have been telling friends to check it out! Thanks for your help!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay over the Mother’s Day weekend. Perfect location just blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops in the main street. Appreciated the pool table in the barn, and the fact that the kitchen had every utensil we needed to cook meals.

Lovely Home - Great Little Town

The home is as advertised. It was comfy and in a great location with the park across the street, the beach just down the road and the main street shops also close. The front porch was our favorite location in the house.

Short family getaway

Our grown children and their families were in the area so we rented the house for a short get together. It was a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house met all our needs. Thanks for sharing your house with us. Cape Charles is such a charming area.

Perfect spot for family fun!

Our family had a wonderful time at this charming Cape Charles home. The location next to the park is perfect (and everything in Cape Charles is minutes away). The house is comfortable, the front porch a gem, and the game barn pretty much perfection for families. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home, excellent location!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it won’t be our last! The home is beautiful decorated, has all the comforts of home with even some extra thoughtful touches. Our kids love the bunk beds, game shed and porch swing. It’s in walking distance of everything and we can’t wait to return.

Great Cape Charles Home

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo home in Cape Charles! The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the beach.
