Wonderful single-level home in a great location. Nice and quiet. 2 minute walk to downtown, 2 minute walk to campus. Home was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed every moment of our stay. 5 stars all the way around.

Perfect location, nestled between Brevard College and downtown. The house was absolutely perfect and spacious. Pets were allowed but we opted to not bring - brought the grandparents instead and was easily accessible for them. We had plenty of room. The home had been renovated and was quite charming. We will definitely go back!

Great cottage for those wanting to get away to Brevard. Easy walk downtown and a short drive to the Davidson River for fishing, floating, and hiking.

Great Place to Stay

Very cute place, nicely decorated, all in an ideal location! The fenced in back yard was a good fit for our dog. There are so many locations - shops and restaurants - that are all within walking distance. Hiking, breweries, and other sightseeing are all easily accessible from here, too.

Lovely home

We stayed here for three nights, and the house was just perfect for us. It was so comfortable and charming. It’s steps away from downtown and if you are bringing a fur baby, there are lots of places to walk right from the house.

Second stay here, and we will be back!

This is the second time we've stayed at this lovely Brevard cottage, and it has everything we need. Wonderfully furnished, well equipped kitchen, great fenced in yard for the fur babies, and close to downtown. Perfect for our party of parents and adult children.
