The living room, equipped with a large comfortable sofa, a TV and Wi-Fi, is
perfect for sharing moments of relaxation after a day at the beach.
The dining room The dining room opens directly onto a spacious veranda with stunning views
over the pool and garden, creating a friendly atmosphere for meals and summer evenings.
A fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen has been designed to make you feel at home. Here you will find everything
needed:

A scullery, with an independent entrance at the back of the house, completes this space. It has a washing machine and a very practical storage space.
The sleeping area has three comfortable bedrooms:
● A bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm with a desk to allow you to work in peace.
● A second bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm.
● A third bedroom equipped with two single beds of 90x190 cm, perfect for children
children or friends.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a vanity unit.
For more comfort, the house has two toilets:
● a separate toilet located in the corridor, near the bedrooms;
● a second toilet accessible from the scullery.

You will enjoy a large fully enclosed garden and a magnificent private swimming pool of 8 × 4 metres, with a depth of 1.70 m, ideal for swimming, cooling off or simply enjoying the sun. Safety: protective dome.

The veranda, open to the swimming pool, becomes a real living space where it is good to have breakfast, lunch in the shade or extend the summer evenings.
A sunbathing area with deckchairs, parasol will allow you to relax, as well as a table and chairs for your outdoor meals under a large parasol. You will also have a quality gas plancha at your disposal.

supplement just like the beds made. Duvets and pillows available. You have the choice
to bring your own linen, if this is the case, you will be asked to show it on arrival because the
owners do not want people to sleep on the beds and duvets.

Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules
