Sportsman’s Paradise on the water

We have a beautiful home on stilts directly on the Gulf Waters. Room for boat and close to boat ramp, country club, golf course and dining. Sleeps 4, king in master and sofa pulls out to fit 2 additional people. Has Wi-Fi but does not have cable. Smart tv is available to add Netflix if you have an account. Amazing views and just remodeled. (Master bathroom has not been remodeled completely yet but fully functional)

Quiet shore front house

Enjoyed this quiet house in a great shore line location. Fun to see dolphins and beautiful sunrises. Very comfortable little house! Owners were wonderful with advice for activities and any house questions.

Loved this place!!

My husband and I rented this for my 50th birthday. It was beautiful! The dock was my favorite as I love to fish! The sunrises were amazing and the view of the water was astonishing! All could be seen from any window in the home! We never got tired of the view. During our stay, we seen dolphins, sharks, and sea turtles swimming by. We loved the decor in the home. It was by far one of the best vacations I’ve had! Plenty of relaxation. Definitely recommend this VRBO

Beautiful beach cottage!

This is a beautiful beach cottage directly on the water in St. James. The property is large with lots of room to run around, play in the yard, and hang out with family and friends. The house is clean and charming with a large great room and large bedroom. It is fully stocked with everything necessary to just live. Jennifer and Rusty could not have been better hosts. I loved it so much that what started out as a rental for a couple of months during the summer turned into many months into the fall! Thank you, Jennifer and Rusty.

PERFECTION!

I don't even know where to start. I don't have enough space here to tell you all the wonderful things about this place. It is so much nicer than the pictures let you see. Peaceful, very clean, updated and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Amazing views from every room. Jennifer was a perfect host. I caught a shark from the dock! The sunrise.......well, it is something that you will never forget. This is the first time we have ever went to the beach and stayed in the bay and it did not disappoint. Thank you Jennifer for the awesome customer service and for ;sharing your peace of paradise with us. We cannot wait to come back!!!! We both woke up this morning trying to figure out when we could get away again. I only wish I could post a picture here of the sunrise. Without a doubt we will be back.
