Olympic Condo - Whiteface Club Resort - Views - Jackrabbit Trail - STR 200356

Olympic Resort Condominiums were built in the late 1970’s to be used specifically for housing the competing athletes in the 1980 Winter Olympics. Olympic Condo was recently remodeled to include two bedrooms and one bath with an open floor plan that offers golf course and mountain views, a dining area, well equipped kitchen, living area and glass sliders leading to a covered balcony.
Whiteface Club & Resort on the shore of Lake Placid lake offers amenities for the whole family on a fee basis including a full-service Marina, two restaurants, an 18-hole Championship golf course, 6 clay Tennis courts, hiking and biking trails. Winter offers cross country skiing on groomed trails through the golf course, back country skiing on the Jackrabbit trail system, snowshoeing, ice skating and tubing.
The resort is a short two-mile drive to the Olympic Village of Lake Placid for exploring the Olympic venues, shopping and restaurants. Nine miles to Whiteface Mountain for skiing, mountain biking during the summer months or taking a gondola ride to see the views of the Adirondack wilderness. Cross Country Ski at the Olympic Complex/Mt. Vanhoevenberg, try a Bobsled or Luge run on the original Olympic tracks or Ice Skate on the Olympic Oval. Lake Placid has it all.

Main street is few minutes away by car. Managed by property owner, very accessible.

This condo is an absolute gem - it is incredibly clean and well-kept. It is so cozy and comfortable. The views all around are gorgeous. Our stay at Olympic Condo was wonderful - Dan was a very communicative and responsive host, especially as we had to leave early because of an injury while at Adk Loj property. We loved the condo, with great views of the forests, access to the beautiful gardens and views down at Lake Placid, comfortable accommodations, including a well-equipped kitchen. Condo had everything we needed and more. Pictures were very accurate and communication with the owner was excellent. Condo provided a perfect home base for us to explore Lake Placid and the Adirondack area. Very safe area to run and take walks.
