Sleek upscale decor, gorgeous new bathroom and kitchen, peaceful blues and greens- all part of the magic in one of the coolest, nicest beachfront condos at Seaside. Everything is supplied so just bring yourself, your flip flops and a toothbrush - and enjoy the beach!
Open floor plan. Thoughtfully wheelchair-friendly as well, with grab bars, extra threshold ramps, handheld shower, and tub seat.
Unit 230 was totally gutted and rebuilt in 2022 and is incredible! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower. 2 beach chairs are included. Incredible ocean views from this 2nd floor condo! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Beach items included: Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach cooler backpack and a wireless portable bluetooth speaker. Lots of beach toys including frisbees, paddleball, bocce, jazzminton, sand toys, football, nerfball and pool noodles! There are also many books and games!

This villa exceeded all my expectations. The unit was spotless. Our hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. Their attention to detail was seen in the decor, as well as function. Yeah for plenty of door hooks and practical utensils. Their use of space was amazing. I really enjoyed the desk/makeup area that even included a makeup mirror. We’ve stayed in several villas at Seaside and this was by far our favorite. 10 out of 10!

Our stay was lovely at this location. The condo is perfect for a couples getaway. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice bicycles were provided. The location to the beach was ideal. It is so close to the Coligny Park area, that we road bikes to it several times. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The host was very thorough and kind in all communications, including connecting with us about resort maintenance that occurred one day of our visit. They accommodated the inconvenience caused by the facility. Truly enjoyed the visit.

Everything about our stay was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here at the Seaside villas. We were very close to everything so we walked or biked to just about everywhere. Our host was amazing, sending us a bunch of different things to eat, do, go see while we were there and would respond very quick. We would absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and convenient, with a beautiful ocean view that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away.The condo was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the fan, which helped keep the condo cool throughout our stay.Kendall was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and when we had a minor issue, she resolved it promptly. We had previously stayed at another one of Kendall's properties and specifically chose to book one of her properties again.

We came down for a short weekend anniversary trip. The condo was very spacious for two people. It had all we needed. The host Kendall was super easy to work with!! She checked in on us and made sure everything was going ok! She also had anniversary cookies and sparkling water waiting when we arrived! She is very thoughtful. The porch at the condo was very relaxing as we could see the beach and just chill! We would definitely stay here again!!! Great condo!!!!

This place was great, very clean, everything was up to date with todays times. Very nice shower, comfortable bed and update kitchen. The only draw back was ac did not cool the entire place making the bedroom hot when tryi g to sleep. Wonderful host!
