Welcome to 507 Madison Avenue, a newly remodeled classic beach cottage located just a short peaceful walk to both the beach and downtown Cape May. This cozy cottage boasts a spacious new fully-equipped kitchen with an island which houses a new wine chiller and additional seating. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a bright living room and dining room/sun room that opens to the back deck with a pergola that is perfect for outdoor barbequing and early morning coffee. The private patio has a dining set, string lights, ceiling fan, gas grill and an outdoor shower. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, one with an en suite, and one bedroom features two twin beds, one with a roll out trundle underneath. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. A large bonus room is included with two pyramid bunk beds for additional sleeping that can sleep 4-6 people comfortably with an air conditioning unit. This bonus room does have a separate entrance right off the back deck. Central AC throughout and bedrooms have ceiling fans. Cable TV in all bedrooms and WiFi are included. 2 bikes are available and garage storage for your additional bikes is available. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and small appliances are included. Two off street parking spaces are provided. All of this and just a short walk to the beach! **Cleaning Fee on all leases*

Wonderful STay

We celebrated a family occasion with guests from 8-80 and had everything we needed. We parked our car and walked everywhere, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we could think of!

Spacious House Near Everything

This was the perfect house to be in during a torrential rain storm which lasted our entire weekend in Cape May. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also get together. It was in an excellent location for getting to the beach and restaurants. Although it rained, we had a great time.

Perfect ending to a beautiful summer!

Fit our needs perfectly! (One suggestion - supply the linens. I've rented wonderful home through VRBO in many different places and all of them supplied the linens...not sure why you wouldn't?)

Weekend get away

5 of us stayed at this property for a weekend get away from our kids ;) This property was very clean and very spacious. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor porch area as the weather didn’t cooperate with us. We did walk to dinner in the Washington street mall and it was a lovely walk about 15-20 minutes. Ubers/lyfts were easy to get as well. We would stay again.

Misleading

VRBO listing did not state that you would be required to bring your own sheets and towels. Claims to sleep 10 we were barely able to accommodate 7 adults comfortably. Pull out couch should not be counted as a bed for 2 adults, let alone 1, as it the equivalent of sleeping on rocks and metal bars. Extremely disappointed!

A fun Time was Had by All!

The property was newly renovated & decorated, extremely clean, non cluttered & kitchen well stocked with supplies needed. Beds were comfortable and ample living space for our 3 generation family of eight. Great location - quiet neighborhood with short walk to beach & Washington Street Mall. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! Would just request a supply of garbage bags.
