If you are looking for one of the best Wells Beach locations available, than look no farther. Our two bedroom home sleeps six and is right on Wells Beach. The home features unobstructed 180 degree ocean views and door to beach access. Wake up at the ocean each day of your well earned vacation. The sun drenched patio sits right at the edge of the beach. Catch some rays on the sand or just hang out on the huge patio. If you need a little less sun, move up to the covered porch and watch the waves with a cocktail in hand. The entire interior of this home was updated in the early 2000's (no circa 1920 beach house interior at this beach house). All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A 1/2 bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. TV's in the bedrooms as well as the main living area add to the relaxing atmosphere. Parking, while a huge problem for those in 1 parking spot beach houses, is not an issue here. Park upwards of 5 cars if needed. You work hard for 51 weeks of the year. Treat yourself to one of the best Wells Beach experiences conceivable. Stay right at the beach. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement)

Incredible home right on the beach. So bright and beautiful. Very clean and organized. Extremely well stocked (vacuum, broom for outside, beach chairs, books and games, kitchen has everything you need). Perfect for a family. Our 4 year old and 1 year old loved the beach and house itself. Fireplace was lovely for reading in chilly April evenings. Loved Billy’s Chowder House right down the road and The Wells Diner. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year!

The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!

If you like to wake up to the ocean before you, then our home is where you need to be. Open the curtain and take in a 180 degree panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean and Wells Beach. The absolute best access to the beach and ocean. Unlike a majority of the other Wells Beach homes built in the 1920's-1970's and never updated, this home has all the bells and whistles. Updated in the early 2000's, everything in this home is fresh and clean.
