My son and I loved our stay at the property. This is actually our second time at the property, and we will be back again in the future. Brandee makes the entire process easy! The place has everything we need! The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all necessities, and the place has plenty of space for a small family. Again, looking forward to our future stays at this wonderful place!

I highly recommend staying here even for families. She made sure there is a baby gate and other family necessities. They also made sure we had water and other little amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable (k cups, water, extra blankets and towels and bathroom supplies). The loft is also extremely clean one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. Checked in to make sure we did not need anything or had any questions. We will always stay here even with our 4 and 6 year old any time we are in town.

This was a very cute apartment over the garage. Two spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and living room. I really enjoyed the privacy and being able to have my coffee on the back deck too. Only thing to note is you do have steep stairs to get up to the apartment.

We’ve now stayed at The Farmhouse twice, and it has been a great fit for our family during our trips to Knoxville. The home is comfortable, well-kept, and a convenient place to stay while visiting the area. The host is very accommodating and always quick to respond, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Was a great place to stay. Very nicely decorated and clean home. Had everything you could need and the hose was easy to communicate with. Close enough to the big events without being with in the middle of the business. Nice, quiet neighborhood to walk your small pet as well. Beds were also very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed it and will look to book again when we are back in town.

Had a fantastic experience staying at The Farmhouse Loft. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The property manager was very kind, detailed in communications, attentive, and responsive. If we’re back in the Knoxville area in the future, I’d happily book The Farmhouse Loft again.

Upon arrival the property was even better than we thought. Close enough but also far enough away from all the action that we were able to have some quiet time as well. Every detail was thought of at this property and all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable after a bust day downtown. Will definitely make this our go to when in town
