Enjoy a stylish experience at this South Knoxville loft. This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountains, and only 5 minutes from Baker Creek Preserve and Bike Park.

If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead.

Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
First, please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it prior to your departure (no need to unload it, just start it ).
Second, please place all dirty towels and washcloths in the washing machine so it’s ready to be started (no need to start it, we’ll handle the cleaning of the linens).
Third, please leave your slept in beds unmade (no need to strip the sheets). Fourth, please take all your groceries with you. Unless of course it’s beer, you can always leave beer 😉
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests not listed in the rental agreement are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Quiet time is from 10:00pm-8:00am. Please be respectful of the private residence adjacent to the loft.
Absolutely NO SMOKING OR DRUGS ALLOWED anywhere on the property.

The Farmhouse Loft was perfect for our sister trip! The space and neighborhood were so nice. Brandee was very helpful and gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops! Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

We’ve now stayed at The Farmhouse twice, and it has been a great fit for our family during our trips to Knoxville. The home is comfortable, well-kept, and a convenient place to stay while visiting the area. Was a great place to stay. Very nicely decorated and clean home. Had everything you could need and the hose was easy to communicate with. Close enough to the big events without being with in the middle of the business. Nice, quiet neighborhood to walk your small pet as well. Beds were also very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed it and will look to book again when we are back in town.

This is a great location to enjoy Knoxville!! While we were there we attended baseball games, some hiking in the surrounding areas, and this location is perfect. About 15 minutes away from everything. What a nice property and very comfortable!!
