About this property

Beautifully updated townhome in desirable Serenity Point, new to our rental program this season. Great ocean facing location- only one home away from the community beach walk-over. This lovely home has an open feel, the living area walks out to the oceanside deck with beautiful views of the wide dunes and ocean beyond. The dining area is just off the living room and has a breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation. The middle level also features a half bath with full size washer and dryer.
The upper level has a large master bedroom with beautiful ocean views, desk space ready for you to work from home if needed, a comfy king size bed, and a master bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and single bed for added sleeping space and is located across the hall from the second full bath. There is a ladder accessed queen sleeping space in the loft off the steps. Under the home is a carport with outside sand shower, and space to store your beach equipment. Serenity Point's unique locations gives you easy access to the breathtaking south end of the island for leisurely walks around the point. There is also a community pool in Serenity Point open seasonally. You have an option of bringing your own linens (Bed sizes King, 2 Queens & Twin) or linen rental is available at an additional fee. This home is no smoking on the premises. Pre-Approved dogs under 25 lbs are permitted with pet fees paid - $250 per pet. (2 max small dogs max)

Excellent location and property!

Gorgeous views of ocean and sand dunes from covered and open deck, LR/DR/kitchen, and master BR! Clean, inviting, comfortable furnishings and decor. King size bed a real plus, and comfortable as well. Quiet, serene location, not on a thru street. Easy and beautiful 45-60 min walk total from the house to ocean side, and around the south tip of the island to the sound side. Uncrowded beaches, lots of privacy. Inis Spa on the island has excellent massage therapists. Truly a relaxing getaway at Topsail Beach!

JULY 2023 TOPSAIL VACATION

First trip to Topsail Beach, NC and we loved it. The south end of the Island is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back and high consideration of staying at the Crenshaw Townhome again.

Fantastic beach getaway

My family and I had an excellent stay. The Crenshaw house was very nice and clean. The location was likewise excellent, being at the end of the island and close to the beach access board walk. The area is great for running, walking, bike riding, either on the roads or the sand. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful long weekend stay

The house, location and property were wonderful. I had to email the property manager a few times and they were very responsive. Bringing sheets and towels was no big deal but if you stay bring bathmats, it was the only creature comfort that wasn't provided. We will book again!

Graduation Stay

The property location, furnishings, and cleanliness were superb. It would be helpful if there were some instructions on the operation of the TV. The system and arrangement were foreign to us. We did also have some difficulty with internet access that should have been checked before we checked in. All were resolved with the property manager but took time away from other activities and made our check-in day longer and less restful. We would, however, try it again.
