The house was great and was decorated very nicely! It had plenty of sleeping space and had everything that we needed to cook and serve food for our family. There was also plenty of space for parking.
Great, quiet location that fit our budget and was plenty close enough to everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!
We had a great time during our stay, the property was clean and had great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the toys as well as the s'more bar and the fire pit. Great location, we were able to walk to the park and visit nearby museums.
Thanks for the wonderful stay!
This home was wonderful, my friends/family thoroughly enjoyed everything. There are lots of special touches, we loved the back yard and all this property offered. The bedrooms and living spaces were great, there is lots of parking, close to plenty of restaurants. Communication was also awesome, we would all stay here again and are already talking about our next trip.
Property is in a great location, close to restaurants and great outdoor trails and conservation areas. Appreciated the beautiful, comfortable home with a lot of nice touches.

Thank you DaShanda!! We are so glad you guys had a great stay!! We welcome you back anytime!! Blessings to you and your family!
We really enjoyed our stay in such a spacious and well decorated home. Connie and Tom were wonderful hosts, very responsive. All 7 of us found the beds and bedding to be very comfortable and we appreciated all of the kitchen amenities as well. Would definitely stay again.
Lots of room for all our family, plenty of silverware to have more than one meal, great kitchen, nice fenced yard. My grandkids enjoyed the toys available. Having the laundry area was a good help for the first leg of our journey. Will stay again.
This home met all our needs and then some. It’s a mixture of old beautiful features with all the amenities for modern living. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you Connie and Tom.
Cute, clean, and comfortable! The hosts were fantastic. We did not have any problems. This is a nice home for family to spread out &/or hang out in the cute back yard &/or BBQ. Parking was easy. Great location! Close to CMU and downtown.2 of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and as is common with older vintage homes, the stairs are fairly steep and may not be ideal for everyone. Luckily, my elderly Mom stayed in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, and it all worked out well.
Our stay was short and sweet as we were there to drop our son off at Colorado Mesa University the following morning, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to spend a relaxing evening the beautiful backyard just enjoying the lovely, cool summer evening. The location was also great for going back and forth from campus.
We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the place! It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed! Connie was so kind and wonderful at communicating with us to accommodate us and answer any questions I had. Loved the stocked S’Mores Bar, cornhole, beautiful primary suite and all of the space to hangout and enjoy our company. Everyone loved staying here and it made the weekend so fun!

Came out here to visit the university that my daughter will be attending. The house was centrally located within walking distance to downtown which was great.
There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Loved the coffee maker with free coffee! Parking is ample and the backyard is a perfect place to hang out.
Highly recommend.

Cute property with older home. Bed description called for “2 futons” however those were hida-beds in the coach which wasn’t ideal. One of the hide-a-beds was covered in animal hair. Lastly the door to the master bedroom literally fell off its hinges in the middle of the night.
