Too expensive, hot tub dirty, cameras and audio recording, not worth the lecture to touch the canoes or kayaks but the star gazing was great.

Four years, and this is one of 2 reviews under 10/10. We had to read it twice! We're glad the stargazing won you over, because the sky out here doesn't play favorites. For future guests wondering about the rest: our hot tub is ALWAYS professionally cleaned the day a guest checks-in (we have an email to prove it), and we didn't hear about any problems during the stay. We would have been happy to fix anything on the spot. Our only cameras are on the interior and exterior Ring entry-systems. We use them to see when the cleaners and hot tub tech have finished so we can offer early check-in when possible. They don't cover the hot tub or anything inside the cabin. As for the canoe and kayak "lecture," we promise it's the shortest safety talk on the lake. Lake water is unpredictable, and we'd like every guest to come back with a great story and dry clothes. We'll keep the stars shining and the hot tub sparkling for whoever comes next!

Perfect cabin with the most amazing view. Great well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, cozy fire, great wifi. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of snowshoing in RMNP. Honestly, this was a dream getaway.

We had a wonderful visit at the cabin at the end of December. We had our boys with us and we all loved the beautiful lake views, hottub, and cozy fireplace. We had all the amenities needed and the host was very informative and friendly. We cant wait to come back and visit in the summer!

We enjoyed a fantastic family trip for snowmobiling! The host was incredibly accommodating and attentive. The cabin was absolutely charming. My daughter was reluctant to leave. The beds were super comfortable. The property was kept in excellent condition. It was very cozy and inviting. The hot tub provided a wonderful relaxation experience. We are looking forward to booking again in the summer.

The cabin was perfect. My husband and I rented it for a short night away while we were in Colorado. We ended up having my best friend and her husband and her two little girls join us and it worked out great. The two little girls loved it and had plenty to occupy their time. The view was amazing. The kitchen was perfect and location was optimal. It’s right on the lake and 5 minutes to the main stretch of town.

Incomparable views in a darling cabin

Immaculately clean, adorable cabin with views that are second to none. We had everything we needed, spent a lot of time out on the deck which is spectacular. Quiet yet convenient. Just gorgeous!

Shadow Mountain Lake Bliss

We loved our time at the cabin, it was a wonderful way to celebrate our 39th anniversary. The view of the lake is perfect, loved the foggy morning we had and the cabin is outfitted with all the comforts of home.

Exactly as advertised with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Was plenty close to restaurants and especially the Roadhouse” where everyone is friendly! Host was always friendly too. We will be returning

On the Lake

The cabin has amazing lake and mountain views, direct access to the water with kayaks that we enjoyed using, a well stocked kitchen and a very responsive host. We will definitely return, thanks for a wonderful weekend get away!
