About this property

Waterfront Sanctuary

Beautiful rustic 3 level oak timber house, nestled in trees atop hogback ridge, decks and views all around. Overlooks the tidal Long Reach Cove.

Explore hiking trails, see eagles, osprey, many birds. Hike down the ridge, find "Secret Beach" below, push off with canoe, kayak, get out on the water, go for a dip at high tide, at low tide clammers out back in the mud! Walk down the road to pick up lobsters. Wildlife sanctuary on adjacent shore. Property caretaker resides in the art studio next door, give a shout if anything is needed.

Additional Items to consider:
A section of the trail down to beach is steeper, will need a few sidesteps, but it's a great 3 min hike.

The property is for sale, so there is a sign. (Great investment property books fast!)

Some of the old timers on the island collect things, one of them is the only neighbor, he is a funny, good guy, we did our best to fence off his "collection".

I am a designer, builder with several projects in the works. My philosophy – Everybody is an artist.

Why they chose this property

This is our sanctuary, adjacent to the town's sanctuary. I continue to design places, spaces, experiences and things with a creative live work studio where I spark inspiration for art, design and build prototypes. Sharing the experience is an extra treat.

What makes this property unique

Remote but centrally located to many "in town" and further remote destinations, tidal cove, birds, trails, fresh air, exceptionally good tap water.
