My family and I have been enjoying Lake Havasu for over 25 years, we love boating and offroading as well as hiking and eating at the many great restaurants!

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because it's close to everything, downtown bars, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, London Bridge, Rotary Park and has a pedestrian/bike path just behind the house and a beautiful rock garden (Unity Garden) that was created and is maintained by a local legend (John).
