Beautiful townhouse near to the beach with seaviews, 2 terraces, aircondition, fast WiFi internet Superbly furnished and tastefully decorated, this newly built, private townhouse in the popular fishing district of Conil - for 2 people offers a comfortable holiday in Andalusian atmosphere just a few steps from the beach and a short walk from the historic center of Conil. Both private terraces are furnished - the larger terrace offers sea views, chill-out furniture and loungers to enjoy life outside.

- Bedroom with double bed 1,80 x 2,0m - can be converted to two single beds of 0,90cm each, with large wardrobe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet
- bathroom with modern shower

Access to the terraces is through a private staircase inside the house. The lower terrace is furnished with a dining table and comfortable chairs, a few steps higher, the upper, larger terrace with sea views is reached. There is a sofa and armchairs, an additional table and 2 modern loungers.
The house is ideal for couples with baby, since the complete baby equipment (cot, high chair) is available.

Wir waren knapp 4 Wochen in der Casa Aniras und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die obere Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es wäre schön, wenn die Polstersauflagen mal erneuert würden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, es ist fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Das Casa Aniras ist sehr gemütlich, modern, sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und vor Allem die vielen Möglichkeiten der Terrassen (liegen, sitzen, grillen....) genossen. Das unten liegende Schlafzimmer war bei den hohen Außentemperaturen auch ohne eingeschalteter Klimaanlage kühl und gemütlich.

Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wochen über Ostern hier verbracht, mitten im Geschehen und doch sehr ruhig.2 sonnige Terrassen, komplette Küche - perfekt für die Selbstversorgung! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns im Casa Aniras wohlgefühlt. Nachteilig war aus unserer Sicht, dass die Wohnung von außen gut einsehbar ist, sodass wir tagsüber oftmals die Rolläden runterfahren mussten.

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung, ideal für 2 Personen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten sind klasse, sowie auch die beiden Terassen. Wir waren schon einigermale in Conil, bis jetzt für uns die schönste Wohnung . Schade, daß in der Wohnung keine kleinen Hunde erlaubt sind, sonst wäre es die 1te Adresse, die wir buchen würden, um ein paar Wochen länger zu bleiben. Die Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt ist perfekt. Kurzes Parken zum ein und ausladen ist sehr gut möglich

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, Es war alles vorhanden , was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Auch die Supermärkte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage, ist es z.T. recht laut.. Morgens durch laute Gespräche auf der Strasse und nachts fahren die Mofas. Uns hat es nicht gestört,

im Stadthaus Aniras

Auch diesmal waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden . Wie immer war alles schön sauber als wir angekommen waren . Die besonders gute Lage zur Strandnähe und der Altstadt gefällt uns immer sehr . Auch über den neuen Sonnenschutz auf der 2. Terrasse waren wir sehr erfreut . Es wäre zu überlegen eine neue Kaffeemaschine anzuschaffen . Sie braucht über 30 Minuten zum Durchlaufen . Dies nur am Rande erwähnt . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Casa Aniras sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, hat eine gute Lage im schönen Fischerviertel und die beiden Terassen laden sehr zum Verweilen ein. Die eine Terasse hat sogar Meerblick .

Die Casa Aniras hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit topp! Niedliches Ferienhaus! Perfekt für zwei Personen. Zwei schöne Dachterrassen die zum frühstücken oder dem abendlichen Absacker einladen. Zum Strand und zur Stadt nur wenige Schritte. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Parksituation. Durch den naheliegenden Strandparkplatz (kostenpflichtig) oder der Avenida Bajada (hier kostenfreies parken) ist parken möglich, jedoch zeitweise mit drei/vier Fahrrunden erst ein Platz zu ergattern. Rundum! Ein perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank an das Casa-Conil Team. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.....

Einfach schön !!! Wir sind in ein sauberes schönes Stadthaus gekommen :Wir waren schon im letzten Jahr dort und werden wiederkommen. Das Haus hat die ideale Lage zum Strand und zur Altstadt . Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Conil. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die beiden Terrassen sind gut und zweckmäßig möbliert und man hat tatsächlich etwas Meerblick. Im Februar war es leider zu kalt, um dort länger zu sitzen, aber ab Mitte März/April stelle ich es mir sehr angenehm vor.

Sehr schöne Casa mit guter Lage zum Meer und innerhalb der Altstadt von Conil - sehr gut nutzbar im Winter wenn man eine Zusatzheizung bestellt - schön wäre eine genauere / bessere Angabe zur Anfahrt und wenn zum Einzug 2 Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank werden - sonst war alles top!
