It is situated in the second floor of a small private building with two bedrooms.
It has its own sunset – superview balcony. The distance to the long sandy beach of Conil is just abt. 100m.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir waren 12 Tage in diesem Appartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand und die Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe. Wir haben immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden, mussten dafür aber etwas laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

So schön, dass wir es für uns behalten möchten!

Wir waren Ende April bis Anfang Mai als Paar dort und haben jeden Moment genossen! Vom herzlichen Empfang durch die Vermieter bis zur unkomplizierten Abreise war alles bestens und wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (kein Aufzug) mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer unweit der Strandpromenade, wo man von Oktober bis Mai auch kostenlos parken kann. Alle Strände, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Zentrum von Conil sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und trotzdem ist es ruhig gelegen. Das gesamte Haus, Wohnung und Einrichtung sind sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete, offene Küche, ein Bad mit gut zugänglicher Dusche und zwei Schlafzimmer sowie einen herrlichen Balkon. Wäsche oder nasse Strandsachen kann man auch auf der Dachterrasse trocknen. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Das Appartement und das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine super Lage zum Strand und zum Ort. Alles war sauber. Ausreichend Handtücher und Ersatzbettbezüge vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse super zum Wäschetrocknen. Der Empfang durch Antonio und Ana Maria war sehr herzlich. Ihre Hilfe zur Parkplatzsuche für das Mietauto hat uns sehr geholfen, danke nochmal. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unschlagbar. Wir haben es jeden Tag genossen. Gracias und Adios!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt mit einem tollen Meeresblick. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und entsprechend gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Empfang durch Antonio und Ana Maria war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und bleiben für eine noch längere Zeit. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war grandios. Wir haben es jeden Tag von Neuem genossen. Das Appartement befindet sich im 2. OG eines Wohnhauses und hat einen Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick zum Meer. Das Appartement ist solide möbliert und absolut sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist auch für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet, Die Lage am Meer ist perfekt, gleichzeitig erreicht man In wenigen Gehminuten Restaurants, Bars etc.. Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und weitere Besuche sind nicht ausgeschlossen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren schon mehrmals in Conil und in verschiedenen Unterkünften. De Dios ist eine absolute Best-Unterkunft. Der Balkon mit dem traumhaften Meerblick, die Nähe zur Ausgeh-Zona (und trotzdem ruhig). Größe und Ausstattung sehr gut, sehr sauber. 1 Flasche Wein und - noch wichtiger - 2 Flaschen Wasser zur Begrüßung im Sommer. So sollte es immer sein. Beim nächsten Mal in Conil müssen wir nicht mehr lange suchen. Bitte gebt unser Dankeschön an die Eigentümer weiter.

Einige Wintertage in Conil

Um dem grauen Winter in Deutschland zu entfliehen, verbrachten wir schöne und sonnige Tage in Conil, immer blauer Himmel, aber dennoch kühl. So waren wir abends froh über die Radiatoren in der Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, Ana Maria erklärte uns alles. Die Wohnung wurde tiptop sauber übergeben, die Betten sehr bequem und es gibt auch deutsches Fernsehen. Die Aussicht auf den Strand und die tolle Lage sprechen für sich. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank, dass wir dort wohnen durften
