This was a great place for our family of 5 (all adults)! The kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we had rain the whole weekend but enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach between raindrops. Also, a quick drive to great restaurants on Oak Island and Southport.

You won’t be disappointed

This property is a perfect retreat for your visit to oak island. We have been down 5 years and this place takes the cake! It was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do during our vacation. Our hosts were friendly and responsive when we had questions as well. We will be back!

First NC Beach Vacation Success

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here during our first ever NC beach vacation. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this condo was such a delight. There is ample space to relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and my kids loved the bunk beds. One of the things I appreciated most was how well-stocked it was; from the kitchen to the beach gear, the hosts do an excellent job of making sure you have what you need. As a bonus, the beach is an easy 3 minute walk and the neighborhood is well-maintained and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family beach trip success

We had a wonderful stay with our one-year old and in-laws. The place was kid friendly and we really appreciated that a pack-n-play and high chair. Everything we needed was provided, above and beyond our expectations. The area was great. It’s a short walk to the beach, and it wasn’t very crowded in mid-August.

Perfect for our family!

This was our first trip to Oak Island and it was such a pleasant experience! We absolutely loved the house and appreciated the little extra touches such as the Alexa device, the pack and play, and the essential items we might need. The beach was a short walk over and the outside water hose allowed us to clean off our toys and shoes when we arrived back. I messaged the host to ask her a question and she replied back very quickly! It was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be planning another trip there in the future!

Beautiful surroundings and house.

This is our 3rd stay at OKI NC. This was our first time at this house and let me tell you the pictures don't do it justice. Beautifuly decorated and feels new and spotless inside. Great hosts that respond within min to questions. You can't go wrong with Caswell beach and this location makes it even better. My wife and 3 son's absolutely loved their stay here as did I. Comfy beds and Beautifuly decorated.

Great for families with young children

It was our first time at OKI and Caswell Beach - so glad we discovered it! We were traveling with our 3 year old and 18 month old and the condo had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and quick walk away!
