Unit 210 is a centrally located one-bedroom condo recently remodeled in the last two years that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably, with 2 Queen beds in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. The family will appreciate the tub & shower combo after playing in the ocean, and oceanfront dining is a treat with a fully stocked kitchen (full-sized appliances!) and dining table. Enjoy incredible ocean views from the private balcony, or use our easy beach access to explore before relaxing in the HOA-maintained heated pool!



The Space:

Unit 210 is a centrally located one-bedroom condo recently remodeled in the last two years that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably, with 2 Queen beds in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. The family will appreciate the tub & shower combo after playing in the ocean, and oceanfront dining is a treat with a fully stocked kitchen (full-sized appliances!) and dining table. Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Nice Time

It was a nice set up. Besure and bring your own TP. Not enough soap like 1 day use and not enough towels and trash bags. I became extremely ill on my trip however it all worked out and my family enjoyed being out of town. It was a bummer our favorite restaurants closed for the season.

My husband and I and our 3 boys really enjoyed this cute beach condo. Very modern and offered mostly everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The beach access and balcony were of course our familys favorite things it offered. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night, but the pool was definitely a lot smaller than the pics provided. I think one of the only complaints we had was the aroma of the room. It was almost like a mild wet dog smell. Which would make sense if this room is pet friendly. We weren't aware of this facility being pet friendly until we saw it posted on the hotel billboard outside. Overall, it was a comfy and enjoyable stay for us all.

We had a great time for my husband 50th Birthday. I found this gem at the last minute and it didn't disappoint. We loved being right on the beach. Watched the Storm and played Yahtzee for the first time and smoked my husband. We also did some gambling, although we weren't lucky at the games but lucky with our stay at D Sand. A definite must stay.
