This 1 bedroom unit with Master bedroom (queen bed) and living room with pull out sleeper (queen) has all the comforts of home, and is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Take in the views of Lake Havasu directly from your sectional couch, with seating for 6, on your oversized outdoor deck. Enjoy early morning coffee from your outdoor dining set, which seats 6, and also offers a great workspace too. Additional outdoor wrap around bench seating, BBQ/grill, and string lights for evening entertaining.

Full kitchen with fully stocked cooking utensils, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, cooktop, convection oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker. Sit at the bar with seating for 2 or just gaze out the windows and watch boats pass by from the very comfortable living room sectional. The Master Bedroom is complete with queen size bed and large mirrored closets. Very cold air conditioning throughout. Private boat launch, boat slips, and overnight sandy beach parking allowing you to keep your boat in the water your entire stay. 24 hour gate guarded park with many amenities including heated swimming pool, hot tub, game room, pool table, clubhouse, horseshoe, laundry room, and a small gym.
