Kona Isle Condos are located on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, and are individually and privately owned. The gorgeous 74-unit complex is meticulously maintained and blissfully tranquil. While staying at Kona Isle you can swim, relax by the pool, or watch the whales and dolphins passing by as you listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean's surf. Treat your eyes to the breathtaking views from anywhere on site, or enjoy peace and quiet, and great sunsets while barbecuing on the BBQ's overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Wireless internet is available in our Library, as well as many books to read. Kona Isle is located 1 mile from Kailua town and close to shops, seaside restaurants, nightlife and beaches.

Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#D2 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Isle D2 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Kona Isle Paradise

We had a lovely time staying at Kona I’ll. We had an oceanfront unit with excellent use, access to the barbecue and close to downtown. The bedroom was comfortable with lots of hanging space. Everything was super clean, good quality linens and dishes. We were missing a dish strainer, and the owner responded promptly to supply one. We were very happy with our stay, and would recommend this unit and complex.

Lots of kitchen stuff and a really comfortable bed. We declined the additional $25.00 a day for the AC and found we really didn't need it. Definitely would be happy staying again.

Room is adequately equipped, excellent washer and drier. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Bed is comfy, but small (a double?), should be upgraded to a king.It would be nice to have table and chairs on the deck, I'd rather eat outside in Hawaii. A few more coffee mugs would be great too. Looking forward to returning next year!

It was convenient for our daily excursions and we enjoyed sitting on the ocean front chairs just a few yards from our door watching the sunset each evening. We could hear the waves crashing at night and the birds would wake us in the morning. The managers were very responsive and when we asked for fluffier pillows, brand new ones were delivered that day. The condo was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities, including a nice welcome bag, and beach chairs & umbrella for excursions. We used a phone app that had 5 different routes and suggested places to stop along the way. We enjoyed the variety of the island....from the erupting volcano, to lush rain forest trails and waterfalls, luaus, a chocolate tour, shopping, fun food stops, black sand beach, and breathtaking views. We were busy every day for 6 days and there is still so much to see and do. We will be back!

The unit was immaculately clean and in perfect condition, including all of the fixtures, furniture, appliances, bedding, towels, you name it. The unit was stocked with absolutely everything we need for a home away from home week-long stay, plus extra supplies to head to the beach with, which is such a great perk in a Hawaii rental. We needed assistance as the automatic lock was not functioning upon our arrival, and were presented with a prompt solution of a lock-box key until mgmt could send a repair person. Communication on this matter was prompt and professional. Parking was very convenient with a dedicated reserved space near the building.

It has an awesome ocean view. At least three occasions we watched dolphins in the ocean from our lanai. The dolphin “shows” alone were worth the price of admission.The unit itself was clean and fairly well maintained. Knutson offered help if we needed it. There were no issues that required immediate attention or affected our stay. Yes, we would recommend a Knutson managed property to our friends.

Location is just right.

Location is what makes it all worth it, right in the middle when you trying to explore the beaches both directions. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves and a fan, because no ac. And watching dolphins with you cuppa coffee right off your patio. You do spot a bug here n there, but it’s the same deal in other places too. Pool is super warm, only realized at the very end. Very good value for oceanfront…
