Very responsive host. Great place / I just didn’t realize it was the English basement. That only mattered when I tried to get into the place. It was clean and well equipped for my needs.

Great location near Metro and restaurants! Only complaint: the thermostat was apparently being dominated by the renters above us. We were frozen. The owner kept turning it up for us, but the renters kept turning it down. There were indications that this is a reoccurring problem. In fairness to the renters in the basement who pay a lot to stay there, I suggest that the owner install a lockbox around the thermostat.

Capital Hill stay

We enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms were a bit cool for us but the host tried to make it comfortable by covering some vents so the AC was not blowing so strongly. Great location!

Great location

Location is right at the Metro which made our sightseeing easy. Restaurants and Trader Joe's are right there. Apartment is nice and clean. Perfect place to crash at the end of the day.

We loved our stay! The apartment was adorable and perfect for relaxing after busy DC adventuring. The location is perfect- a sweet neighborhood with coffee, restaurants, and shops a few blocks away.

The location was super convenient, close to shops and restaurants and a Metro station. The apt was clean and well-furnished, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. We had a great time staying here!

Beautiful Place, excellent location.

Our stay here was everything we expected. I house is beautiful and comfortable and location is wonderful. The owners were incredibly kind and helped us super quickly and with nothing but kindness. We would happily stay and again!
