Main level : 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with shower/tub , living room with wood burning fireplace, full kitchen with island countertop. Ground level : another living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom, slider door to yard. Upper level : super cozy loft bedroom with small half bath ( low ceiling in parts of loft due to " A " frame roof ). Walk to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Wood burning fireplace and big Jacuzzi hot tub on the deck. Endless outdoor activities for all seasons : skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoes trails, hiking, climbing, kayaking, fishing, flyfishing, wild mushroom picking, blueberries picking, golfing, quad riding and many more.

MLK weekend at Vermont Log Cabin

We had a great stay at the Vermont Log Cabin. The property was clean, it is well located (5 min away from Snow Mountain and next to several restaurants), and communication with the owner is easy. Heavy snow fell during our stay but the long driveway was plowed quickly and efficiently!

Beautiful home with easy access to main attractions

We all enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. It had great open space for families looking play games and spend time together. It was in great proximity to markets, restaurants, and attractions.

West Dover Cabin

Had a great stay in this wonderful log cabin. It comfortably fit my family of 6. Super close to Mt. Snow and dealing with Chris was a pleasure. Will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent Stay

A group of 9 of us were going skiing in Vermont and this house was an excellent choice! We went during a cold front and thanks to the fireplace were able to stay nice and warm. Two showers, 5 bedrooms, lots of parking and a hot tub, such a plus!! A great choice for a group stay in Vermont.

Charming Mt.Snow Escape!

Everything was amazing

Everything was amazing and spotless, the only thing I would have to say it needs to have is a blinder on the small window in the basement room, we were a little uncomfortable sleeping there since anyone could peek through, but everything else was fantastic.

Great stay

Overall we had a great stay. 10 girls went out for a bachelorette weekend. Owner is very nice and responds quickly. The carpet in the bathrooms was a little weird, but overall it was a nice stay. The cabin does have a lot of trinkets/decorations which little hands might like to grab. Fun stay overall and the hot tub was a plus. Would stay again!

Cozy Log Cabin

The cabin was very clean and comfortable for our long weekend stay. We had 6 adults and plenty of bed space. All beds and sofa were very comfortable. The hot tub and everything in the house worked well for us. The host answered all of our questions promptly. The house is very close to Mount Snow.

Joint family mini ski trip

We had a wonderful time the house was spacious and had plenty of living room space for us to all gather together . The kitchen was tight but did the job . Hot tub was a nice addition to have . Communication with owner was wonderful !! Would highly recommend .

Annual Vermont Trip

I plan a yearly trip to Vermont for my friends and I and this property was probably our best stay yet. The house was very clean upon checking in and Chris was very responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. We loved the cabin in the woods feeling of the home and the hot tub and fireplace were awesome amenities. I always cook our dinners and breakfasts in order to save everyone some money so I appreciate that the kitchen was well equipped to help with that. I will definitely be booking this property again if we decide to stay in the area.

Mt Snow Log Cabin

We had a great stay at Chris's cabin. The location was perfect, close to Mt Snow and dining options. The teenagers and adults all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. Having a family room upstairs and on the lower level was great because the teens had their own hang out space. Chris was very accommodating to our group and quick to respond to any questions. The cabin was clean and charming, perfect for our group!

The location of the house was fantastic and very close to the mountain, which was a big plus. The owner was also responsive and quick to reply to messages.Once we arrived, however, the property did not match the listing or photos. The home was described as a spacious, well-lit house with 2.5 bathrooms, but the reality was quite different. The half bath was located under a severely slanted ceiling in the loft, making it difficult to use comfortably — we had to remain bent over the entire time and even brushed our teeth kneeling. The same goes for the loft “bedroom.” The house overall felt much smaller than the photos suggested.Upon arrival, the driveway and stairs leading to the house were still covered in snow, which was disappointing and created an unnecessary safety concern.Lighting throughout the house was extremely limited, with only a few older lamps and no adequate overhead lighting. The lack of lighting made simple activities, like doing a puzzle, nearly impossible without using flashlights. The bathrooms were also very dark, making it difficult to use.Several electrical outlets were either not working or loosely installed. It seemed like a fire hazard.The hot tub was green when we arrived. After use, our children developed rashes and were seen by a doctor, who confirmed it was consistent with bacteria exposure from the hot tub. We tested the water ourselves and found no detectable chlorine.

Cozy Log House

The house is very comfortable for the weekend stay. The communication with owner was superb! Chris replied to all our questions within minutes. There is enough room to sleep 10 adults comfortably. I wish it had a dining table that can sit all people together. But we brought the folding table and chairs with us, so we did have the formal dinner (there was an occasion). The tub was an amazing addition! We would love to be back in winter and next fall. Thank you.

Making Winter Fun

My family of five kids ages 15-26 stayed at this adorable cabin. It was a true log cabin with four bedrooms and a loft that was cozy. The log cabin is very welcoming, warm, clean and the decorating is eclectic which made it homey and interesting. The living room was very spacious we had more than enough room to spend time together there. There is also an additional living room on the bottom floor. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck which was very easy to use. We went skiing and were about 5-8 minutes from Mount Snow. Our stay was wonderful and would stay there again.

Not fully cleaned and major roof leak

When we arrived, the loft had an unmade bed and there was urine on the toilet. The downstairs toilet has urine drop stains on the seat, indicating that had not been cleaned either. The hot tub had an odor and was cloudy. There was a major leak in the roof directly in front of the fridge/sink area. Owner gave us cleaning fee back but no compensation for the leaky roof and having to manage the water coming in for two days (helping them by drying water and placing bowls so there carpet didn’t get more damage). Overall, this wasn’t a great property. The lighting was poor, shingles in the bathroom stalls as well as carpet in the bathrooms just gave it an overall “ick” feeling.

Unique cabin with great hot tub!

5 friends had a great weekend stay here. Pros: hot tub! We had fun adjusting the jets and mood lighting under the stars! Hot water! 5 separate spaces/bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms on the main levels, no plumbing worries. Kitsch, fully functional kitchen! (I cooked!), had the feeling of staying in someone’s family vacation home. Very comfy and fun to make discoveries (kitchen light switch is under the counter as mentioned in the pre-check in materials!) Things to keep in mind: upstairs bedroom lacks headroom, particularly in the bathroom, but such a cute space and if someone is particularly short, might be perfect 😂 While place is clean and cleaned, a cabin with carpeting throughout and so many pieces of flair and some taxidermy may not be your best choice if you are sensitive.

Lovely rustic cabin

Beautiful rustic cabin. We loved how spacious the living space was. The bedrooms were really warm and cozy. Cherry on top was the nice, big jacuzzi on the deck. The host was even nice enough to leave different streaming services logged in for our enjoyment. He was very communicative and left us all the necessary info, replying to our text inquiries in minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and will have this one bookmarked for future stays, too.

Great stay !!!

The place was as expected, clean and well stocked. Couple of things need to be mentioned for future renters. 1. The alley to enter the property is somewhat hidden. Google map took us further up the hill. We reached pretty late and it was pitched dark. Took us some time to find our way back. 2. Trash disposal is few miles away and there is a charge to dispose. However, they only accept cash. Both of these should have been mentioned in the listing.

Cozy vacation stay for family

We loved our stay over long weekend. It was a very fun family trip (with 4 month old). Chris is very friendly, very responsive owner. Cozy cabin with fireplace (with woods and all necessary tools), portable firepit (very useful), grill and hot tub. Very clean cabin. Cabin is very conveniently located very few minutes away from restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Yet secluded enough. Chris immediately informed me about broken lifter arm and he made all efforts to repair it before our stay. Water in hottub was very clean. Great collection of DVDs and individual thermostat in each room and each bathroom is a plus and very much convenient. Great place.
