This property was exactly what we needed for our stay to visit our daughter at the University of Georgia. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed as well as some extra perks! The house also has a very cozy and homey feel which made it very relaxing. This host was wonderful. The place was immaculate! The property was beautiful! our 14yo granddaughter said the pullout was the most comfortable one she has ever slept on. After exploring the creek we were so curious about the history of the property and was happy to see the paragraph about the Fowler family in the information folder. We loved all the added touches, snacks, coffee, cream , etc. and I absolutely loved the fresh cut flowers! It was a very easy drive to Athens and to the campus. Would highly recommend, and if we are in the area again this is our place!
