All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm. • All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

The following must be prominently posted near the entry door or openly displayed within the Unit if applicable.** • Pets: Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside and all feces must be picked up when it occurs. Dog owners must use plastic bags. The instructions must include where to dump the bags. • Also, dogs incessantly barking, attended or unattended, is a violation of the noise ordinance. • Hot tubs: List quiet hours and any other restrictions prominently near the hot tub or exit to. • Outdoor Smoking: Provide “butt” cans and information where the appropriate place is to smoke outside. We absolutely loved this home. The panoramic views were divine with glowing peaks with the sunrise and a full view of the sunset every evening. All the beds were very comfortable and the linens were very soft and high quality - not the scratchy cheap sheets you sometimes get in short term rentals. Both the hut tub and the jacuzzi in the master bedroom allowed for fun and relaxation with amazing views any time of day. The hosts were polite, professional, and very responsive. Nice hiking very nearby - Castle Rock and Kingsbury trails. Heavenly ski resort, shops, and ice skating very convenient as well, only about 7-10 minutes. There's a great restaurant about 3 minutes away called Fox and Hound for if you want to stay nearby. Everything well-appointed. Extremely happy with our stay. We hope to book this home for every future stay in Tahoe.

Honeymoon stay
This place is amazing! We will be back for sure with others to enjoy this amazing house and views. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The beds and couches are perfect for napping and sleeping in late and the tv's are huge. Sunset is the real masterpiece though. Make sure to be here every evening to see the magic unfold. Even during cloudy weather it's unreal! Thank you for allowing others to experience this! Worth every penny.
Perfect location for the 4th of July, best view of the fireworks, Lake Tahoe puts on a wonderful display. Place was clean and roomy, wonderful bedding and mattresses ! Very Quiet neighborhood, lots of stairs !
Views were absolutely beautiful. Location for us was perfect due to the fact we had to make a couple trips to Gardnerville a day preparing for our sons wedding. Beds were very comfortable. We were to busy to enjoy the hot tub and Pool Table. The only negative was the amount of stairs considering my wife has a knee that is having surgery on it soon. Great place would stay again!

My family and I stayed here for the holidays. The view was incredible, best part of the house by far. There were some functional parts that could easily be fixed to make the stay a whole lot better:
-The blinds in a bedroom and in the dinning room had missing pieces and looked terrible so we couldn't close them
-The microwave above the stove was not working so there was one out on the counter but the kitchen is small and does not have a ton of counter space to begin with so that was difficult.
-The bedrooms only had one functioning outlet, the rest didn't work.
-The hot tub jets would randomly turn off and on, there was no way to control them.
-The light in the kitchen was broken and there was minimal lighting in the dining and living room.
-The internet went out on us with 2 days left.
We still had a nice time though. There was a lot of space in the bedrooms and everything was stocked up. The property manager was very responsive as well.

Very disappointing!!
I have rented many properties but this rental did not come near to expectations!! Yes great views, several bedroom/bed options, nicer updated bathrooms but overall the place has many maintenance needs and issues along with not enough info left to start fireplaces, parking permit forms not at entrance as told, dishwasher did not function and after loading it had to remove all dishes and hand wash all!!! No outlets worked in one of the bedrooms and reported both of these but no resolution!!! Lots of stairs as commented by another guest but a couple of the railings were very unstable and could cause a horribke safety issue. Could not get jetscto work on hot tub so it was useless to use and we only wanted to rent a place that had a hot tub. The master bedroom is very spacious with great views but the bed was like sleeping on a wood platform with no mattress!!! Aweful hard and i prefer a firm mattress do glad we only stayed 2 nights!! Ive rented many properties and would not recommend this property unless you like to deal with issues the whole time you are on vacation!!!

I just wanted to let you know, after contacting you regarding the UNACCEPTABLE conditions of the house. You failed to provide us with any kind of basic assistance. Not only was that the only problem. We encountered many more issues with this Vrbo Property. Just to list a few. Most of the outlets did not work, 80% of the blinds were broken so we got woken with the crack of dawn every single day of OUR vacation, the washer and dry do not work and don’t have any detergent. On top of that the drier burnt many pieces of clothing. The pool table was not capable of delivering the game. It was crooked and broken. Unplayable. The jaccuzi is missing most of the knobs, the temperature would not stay and would drop to very cold temperatures, kids had bite marks including some of my guests. We needed to wash the sheet because we kept getting bite marks from bed bugs or some type of bugs. However there wasn’t any detergent to help assist with the bug issue. The floors were so filthy that all our white socks are forever black from them. The smell of fabulous was so pungent we had to open the doors to breath. I understand now why, after looking at my socks the first 30 min we were checked in. I have rented many many units and I have never had a dismal experience like this, all the BASIC NECESSITIES were broken and Etc.

You were offered a refund in the amount of $400 but you did not feel that was enough. Yes you brought up the hot tub issue and we were working with a tech to get that fixed for you. Yet this is the first I am hearing about bugs. The pool table was fine until someone tried to move it and broke the leg.
We are sorry you did not enjoy your New years in Tahoe. This home has much to offer with it's amazing views of lake Tahoe as it is perch on top of the mountain. I am sorry you did not enjoy the fact it is only a mile from Heavenly Stagecoach lift.
The host was very friendly, they answered my questions right away, the cabin is amazing, very clean, fully equipped they have all the small appliances that you need everything is in great condition. I will definitely book again
