My entire familt enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room for all 10 of us. The jets in the hot tub were strong. Kids loved the pool!

This property met all our needs. It was very clean. Had plenty of essentials. Cold A/C, warm hot tub and very spacious. Every room has an adjacent bathroom. Golf course views, a very short walk to a playground and dog park, easy parking for 4 cars (2 in garage and 2 in driveway) beautiful community and clubhouse. The style is traditional (not farmhouse or modern), does it need a fewenhancements? Yes, some areas, can use upgrades ( not sure how old property is) but has definitely stood the test of time. Very sturdy furniture consisted of adequate eating space in common area, dining area in kitchen and dining room. All beds were very comfortable. My concern, as a mother, is always cleanliness over decor, absolutely NO BUGS, comfortable temperature, basic essentials (toilet paper, dish soap, towels, trash bags, etc.) and location. This community is in a prime location close to every eating and business establishment you can think of. I can go on and on but will definitely consider again if in the area.

Very nice property and great location as well. The garbage disposal was fool of food which made the house smell very bad for the first impression, I was able to fix the garbage disposal and after about the third day the smell went away. On the second night the internet went out and watching TV was know longer an option, and it stayed out for the duration of the stay. The back sliding doors need to be fixed. Overall, the house is nice and my family enjoyed themselves. I would still highly recommend this house and I would stay here again.

What a place!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what the listing said. Clean house, great service and an extremely enjoys experience. What a place, we’ll be visiting again soon.

Wonderful

Very very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and hit tub a lot. The bedrooms were perfect. We enjoued the pool table. We all went to 3 Universal parks. Great time!!

Amazing house. Very spacious! Any time we needed anything the owner was very fast to respond and get someone out to help us! Overall, it was a great stay and we look forward to booking with this business again in the future.

Excellent location, spacious house

We spent a little over three weeks at the property and had an amazing time with great weather. A few issues that we did experience were minor were dealt with swiftly. The house is not brand new by any means however it is well kept and was extremely clean.

Beautiful location surrounded by perfect golf courses. The home and its location suoerceded our expectations and was exactly what we were hoping for. Communication with management was incredibly well. Nothing at all to mention negative so that alone makes the stay incredible.

Better together

We had 9 people in our party ranging from age 13-45. We had a ton of room and space for everyone. The owners are amazing and helpful and anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Perfect location to all of the amusement parks and shopping. Thank you for a fantastic visit. We will be back!

Everything was great about our stay here. It is just as pictured. The view was so nice on the golf course. Much nicer than looking at the back of another house. Communication was wonderful! Beautiful light and fan fixtures. The only con would be it is a small pool and there were cigarette butts all over and there is just 1 towel per bathroom and none in the kitchen. All in all, we loved it and would rent it again!

Sadly near perfect

The location and neighborhood was great. Grocery store and restaurants were very close. The size of the house great. It slept 18, we had 12. It looked freshly painted and was very clean. They only had 12 sets of towels for 18 guests, 5 pool towels for 18 guests. They advertised they had spices but there weren’t any. We packed accordingly. We did request more pool towels and they delivered very quickly. Sadly the refrigerator wasn’t working properly and it was not fixed until the third day. We had to buy ice to keep our food cold. Two hair dryers had to be replaced. They handed them to us and we had to install them. Luckily we had a screwdriver. The pool needed water added to it which we did. But the worst thing was the cat walk between the house and the room over the garage was unsafe and had holes in it. There was an incident that could have been terrible. Also, the second floor balcony had railing that was broken. They should not rent it until they get those serious issues taken care of. It will be a beautiful place to stay when they get them fixed.

We appreciate you and your family for choosing to stay with us. We hope everyone made it home safe. Please note, we are an owner-managed company; therefore, we take our customer service duty very seriously. On the refrigeration issue, we received communication that it was not making ice. We immediately informed the appliance technician (we have documentation), but had to then stop him from coming after we were informed that the issue was resolved. The next day, we were informed that the issue continued – for which the technician came and determined that the refrigerator needed to be replaced (it was still relatively new at two years old). He replaced it the next morning. We believe if he had not been stopped from coming when it was first reported, we would not have lost valuable time. On the issue of spices, we did not add this to our description. We are veterans in the hospitality space. A lot of companies like ours refrain from offering spices due to allergy concerns. That said, upon reading your comments, we combed through our property description and found a notation in a section we do not control. We asked vrbo to remove it as we could not do so due to user rights issues on their platform. On the hair dryers being replaced, we do not let our guests replace anything – especially having to do with electrical. Once again, we thank you for your stay.
