Awesome place to take a family

The house was super clean and matched the pictures. Check in was super easy and the property manger was super responsive. It is an awesome place to bring your family. Will def be booking again.

The property was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The hosts were amazing. I definitely would come back again and again and again I even extended my stay a few days longer because I was enjoying it so much thank you. We will be back again.

Family trip

We were looking for a nice house, that we could bring the dog, and a place somewhere we could go fishing. This house was all of that and then more. My family was so pleased and we will definitely be back. The host were amazing.

Great stay!

We were in Nashville over the weekend for a cheer competition. This house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is an easy 25-30 minute drive to the Gaylord Opryland Resort. We really enjoyed the hot tub after all the walking at the resort, and although we didn’t get a chance to use them, there is a canoe and several inflatables with plenty of paddles available for use on the lake - a great touch for a house located on the lake!

Great house and yard! We had 10 people and the house was just perfect for all of us. Everything we needed was there. We were able to get our pontoon in and out of the inlet (very carefully) and dock at the property. The house is well positioned near the deeper end of the reservoir and there is an excellent and popular sandbar at the mouth of the inlet. The property manager was very attentive when we had questions. Overall a great stay and we would certainly stay here again.

SO Impressed!

Beautiful house with too many amenities and special touches to list! The weekend was a surprise birthday trip for my husbamd and the owners left little gift bags of goodies for both of us! Our friends and family were also very impressed. We had an excellent experience from booking to check out. Even our three doodles enjoyed their stay. Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous stay. William and Emily were timely in communication. Checking in/out was easy. We felt totally at home. Everything was perfect from the furnishings, comfort of the beds, plenty of linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen for me as I did a lot of cooking, great media room, and plenty of space for all to have their own space. All amenities are up to date. The layout was perfect for us as one son had his service dog, so they took the bottom floor with close access to the door. We used the grill two of our four nights but never had a chance to take the canoe out..... next time! The hot tub was perfect at the end of our two long golf days. The location was awesome at the lake with nice views and a serene environment. Our trip was one of a somber event, so with everything said above, we were able to focus on enjoying our time. I'd say we were about 25 mins to downtown Nashville during heavy traffic, so likely less during less heavy times. For us it was perfect distance. All amenities like grocery, gas, etc., were within a few minutes. Next time in Nashville, we will definitely request this home again. Great hosts!
