Welcome to Pajaro Dunes Resort. We cannot wait to share our beach condo with you at Shorebirds 72. We just finished our remodel and excited to share our piece of paradise. Our one-bedroom, one-bath beach-level condo is in Building C, offering some of the closest access to the sand you’ll find at Pajaro Dunes. Located right along the dunes, this first-floor home places you just steps from the beach—so close that when you’re relaxing inside and looking out through the sliding glass doors, you can see the beach and watch the waves roll in from the living room and patio.

The condo sleeps up to four guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room, making it ideal for couples or small families seeking a true beachfront escape.

Completed in January 2026, the full remodel includes a brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops, all-new appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a newly updated bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and modern finishes.

The living room is warm and inviting with a new electric fireplace, dimmable lighting throughout, and a Smart Roku TV with Spectrum cable and all the popular streaming apps. The master bedroom also features a Smart Roku TV for added comfort. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, a Cuisinart electric BBQ, games and puzzles, and even a telescope for marine life watching. As an added bonus, guests enjoy two complimentary Monterey Bay Aquarium passes. With unbeatable proximity to the beach, thoughtful upgrades throughout, and sweeping coastal views, Shorebirds 72 offers a front-row seat to the ocean and an effortless way to enjoy the Pajaro Dunes shoreline.

It was very clean and the location in respect to the beach was fantastic!

We found this to be a very memorable experience for my wife and I as we were spending our Anniversary here. We will definitely plan another stay next year!

Perfect place to relax

Very well-equipped place, there was everything we needed, very clean, decorated in a maritime style. The view from the bed to the ocean - something amazing. It's a pity there is no restaurant in the resort, you have to go to a nearby town to eat or cook yourself.

Great place

We loved being right next to the ocean, and the size was just right for the two of us to spread out. The decor was calm and uplifting. Thank you! I admit I was disappointed that the fireplace did not give off any heat. I was also surprised at how dirty the sliding class doors and kitchen cupboards were. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but those are a few things you may want to consider for future guests.
