The Summit condominiums. Amazing beach front condo with a balcony to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pools! Newly renovated. Our condo is located on the fifth floor . Amenities include a spa with a sauna and a hot tub, gym, arcade room, outdoor pools with a tiki bar, basketball court, outdoor grill area, and private beach access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own balcony or enjoy the live music by the pool on the weekends! There is a one time $27.00 fee for Parking and wrist bands to allow access to all building amenities.

When taking our bags to the room, the elevators took a very long time. And then management stopped me from taking the cart into the room, so I had to unload everything in 100 degree heat. Next there was a note not to touch the thermostat. The room was very out dated and sand on our feet as soon as was stepped in the rooms. The TVs were not smart TVs and they had Roku sticks that stopped working on the last night of a 2 day trip. And also a seaweed smell in the kitchen. Also, we had an emergency with the wrist bands late at night, but the main office was not 24/7 and we had to wait until 9am the next day to get it resolved. I just think spending 500 a night, these things shouldn’t happen.

We enjoy it every time we are able to come to Panama City and we would love to share it with somebody else who loves the beach as well!

This property is our dream come true! Being able to drink coffee in the mornings from our balcony watching the waves is beautiful.
