Located only a few blocks from the hub of Fredericksburg, SIS' Cottage on Main is a charming 1941 bungalow on Main Street! The German style front porch is reminiscent of days gone by and a simpler time, but rounded out with modern conveniences. A full kitchen, and gas grill for those who which to create their own culinary magic. You will find both bedrooms are complete with king size beds and soft linens! Take a stroll to the Downtown shopping, restaurants, and tasting rooms or check out 78624 Piano Bar for some great music! Make your way back to SIS' to finish the evening off enjoying your favorite bottle of wine!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Never again

While we appreciate the Christmas decorations and know that it takes extra time and effort to bring those in to the home, but we would not stay in this house again under any circumstances, nor would we recommend it to anyone else. The location and highway noise could not have been any worse. This house is only 10 paces from a ultra-busy, 4 lane highway with all the noise and truck traffic imaginable. On top of that, there is a mini-mart that stays open until midnight immediately next door! The noise (car stereos and people) was non-stop. The highway is on the main road through Fredericksburg. We think it was horribly misleading not to clearly state where this property is when advertising the rental. The full black-out curtains inside the home tell me that the owners/operators are very well aware of this nuisance and hope to mitigate the noise and the light. The place was not very clean either. Inside of the fridge and shower were not clean. Bathroom tile is peeling up and flaking, leaving tiles fragments all over the floor. This was our worst rental yet. Never, ever again.

Nice Cottage

It was a nice place. Could maybe use some hangers in the closet. The floor was not clean, I could tell by how dirty my socks were. Overall nice place. Thank you.

Loved it! Easy convenient location and very clean!

So convenient to all the places we wanted to go. Nice and clean. We loved the vintage charm and the outside space was a pleasant bonus. My only negative would be the traffic noise.
