Beautiful Beachfront 6 bedroom vacation home

Welcome to the ultimate Beach Getaway. 1st Floor bedroom is overlooking the backyard and can sleep up to 4 guests (2 Full size beds, and 2 Twin Size Beds). The 1st floor is completed by a full bathroom with a shower.
2nd floor, the ocean vistas will yet again welcome you and give you a wonderful sense of light and ocean breeze coming from Long Sands Beach. In the lower level of the home, the laundry room, 2 more bedrooms, 1 other full size bathroom and an entire other kitchenette.

The property is accessible by a Door Numerical Code.
Welcome letter with basic house rules to be provided by Coastal Getaways 7 - 10 days prior to your arrival.
This home does not come with linens - please bring your own sheets and linens. Coastal Getaways works very closely with a company that can provide linens for you.


Parking is limited to 4 vehicles only. Homes on Long Sands Beach are very close to each other thus making it for a tight parking area.

Awesome week at York!!

What a great week in your beautiful beach house!! Jan was great and provided everything we needed!! The kitchen was fully stocked and the porch and deck provided great views of the ocean. We would love to rent there again!

Family get away

My family and I stayed at the location. It was perfect for the kids, plenty of room and easy beach access. We did see / find dirty clothing under beds while we were getting our things packed up. Also pots and pans were very greasy had to be washed before using .

Perfect stay

This is our 2nd year at the same house. It was made even better with new AC splits in all rooms of the house! We had 3 families plus my mother and fit comfortably. Everything is updated, which is rare in Maine- you can tell the owners know how to host a vacation. Large bathrooms, ample parking, storage and cleaning supplies and a huge updated kitchen with everything you need. Wall across the street to the beach- the garage is full of beach supplies. We all love this home and hope it'll still be available to us in 2025!! Perfect stay- you absolutely cannot go wrong.
