Great Location

Went for a girls' trip for Spring Break and had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was close to downtown Beaufort and the beach. We really appreciated the pass to Hunting Island. We would definitely stay there again!

Not what I filtered the application for.

Place was quaint and clean. Close to Parris Island, perfect for a Marine Graduation only. I filtered in VRBO app for Hot Tub/Spa Tub and on the water plus close to Parris Island. Hit 1 out 4. No hot tub, spa tub and far from on the water. Host was great to answer questions but referred to VRBO in fault of description. Rules, one was NO GLASS bottles outside. Scanning the yard, I found broken glass all near the fire pit. Brought this to attention to Host as well. Was not even offered a discount of any sort. Again, quaint for few individuals only for Marine Graduation.

Marine’s Graduation

Listen….this place really exceeded my expectations. My family and I were more than amazed at this place. From the appearance outside we knew we were going to be comfortable here. That red door made us feel like we were on red carpet. As we entered there was the scent of fresh paint, it was bearable an we understood this was new on the market. We also had an issue with the AC not cooling. But I can tell you, trust me when I say Allie was the best host there is. The minute I contacted her about the AC she responded to me within less than 2 minutes. She assured me that someone will be there within 30 minutes to an hour but to our surprise they came within 15 minutes. It took them a few minutes and shortly after they left we felt a big difference in the air. We were more than amazed, like unbelievable. Not to mention the apologies I’ve received and we had a special treat delivered to us. This place was well equipped with everything one would need and more. Lots of space to accommodate my party of five. They even have items an infant would need. Super clean two bedroom 1 bath. We were there for my son’s graduation and listen…only 8 minutes away from Parris Island. Every store, food chain, gas, everything is with 15 minutes. This place has a beautiful backyard with fire pit and seatings around it bicycles for 3, a deck out back that’s equipped with a grill and patio set with umbrella. This is the perfect place for any occasion stay in that area. And again I can’t stress how awesome Our Host Allie is. She made sure our stay had no hiccups and she responds in a jiffy. I highly recommend the place to everyone. My family and I fell in love with this place. And not to mention at time of check out, we were running late getting off the base due to my son having to get his last bag and traffic. I contacted Allie to let her know, she replied quickly assuring us of her understanding and for us not to worry. Some of my family met Allie and they spoke highly of her for I was not available to meet her at the time. We love Her and her place. We will be back Allie oxox…

Beautiful Home

I Rented this house to attend 3 different days of events for my sons Marine Graduation. Once I arrived I found the home owner had left me the sweetest card congratulating my son and Marine cupcakes, which were delicious ❤️ They have updated this house with the nicest furnishings. My favorites were the shower, I didn’t want to get out and the king size bed, so soft..also didn’t want to get out!! Everything you would need for your stay is in this house. I would definitely rent this house again. Sands Beach is a 7 min drive from this house, with the most beautiful sunset! You can see parris Island from there and hear taps at 5:15❤️ The home owner was always available to message and she messaged back right away, Thank you Allie!

Cozy Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was well equipped with everything we needed and we were very impressed that they even had a first aid kit and children’s medicine and Band-Aids. My favorite was the coffee bar and comfy beds. We were in town for Marine graduation and honestly there is no property that could be closer to Parris Island. It was only a two minute drive to the island, and we got to avoid all the graduation traffic. We certainly would stay here again.

Marine Graduation

We stayed here for the weekend while my brother graduated from marine bootcamp. The location was SO convenient to Parris Island! We have zero complaints from our stay. We were able to have a nice bonfire one night, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The nespresso machine was the perfect surprise as I was missing my own nespresso machine from home! Would highly recommend and will stay here again if we are ever in the area again. The only thing we noticed was the hot water in the shower was never warmer than lukewarm. But, after 3 months of ice cold showers during bootcamp, our marine didn’t mind it one bit! :)

In town for flight training

I came to town to get training on a new aircraft I'll be flying and I needed a quiet place to study when I wasn't in the simulator or the classroom. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood; never saw the neighbors, and it was easy to access main roads. Clean, comfortable and charming. Having a full sized clothes washer and dryer was handy to have. Tankless water heater made the showers after an exhausting day awesome. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean and soft. Plenty of night lights and other amenities. I would definitely stay again.
