This is a beautiful condo in a very nice condominium building. This room is on the 6th floor and has an amazing view of the beach and palm trees swaying in the breeze. The host is very prompt in answering any questions you may have. She was pleasant to work with and communicated very well.PLEASE BE AWARE - NO AIR CONDITIONING. Many homes and condos in Maui don't have air conditioning, but we didn't realize it, and September is usually pretty hot in Kihei. But I am sure it would be much more comfortable at a cooler time of year.

Breathtaking view, close to town, and facilities were great. We really enjoyed cooking on the community grills (they were spotless) and taking walks on the beach. Great amenities provided like beach chairs and coolers.

The views words and pictures with struggle capture amazing sunset that you can enjoy from this property. It literally sets directly right outside the balcony. the property is convenient to the marina, if you’re planning some sport fishing or maybe a ferry ride over to Lana’i. It’s about a 15- minute drive. and it’s about five minutes. From many different dining options. The host was amazing to deal with. The condo has everything that you need to not eat out, if that’s what you choose. The beach, the property has access to, is not the same beach that you get at one of the resorts. but it’s still the beach on Maui. It has its own private swimming area protected by its own jetty. so it’s shallower and a safe place for the kiddos to swim. without worrying about rip currents. One thing, if you’ve never been to Maui before or any of the Hawaiian islands, there’s not very much air conditioning. but it doesn’t matter where this property. Open up the sliding glass door, open up the front windows, and you got a super nice breeze that blows through.

Great place to stay. Has everything you need for trips to the beach (towels, coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc). Beautiful ocean view and can whale watch right from the balcony! Condo was clean and the host was helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. Can't wait to visit again!

This beach front unit was wonderful and in a great location on South Kihei Road. Access by elevator to the unit on the top floor of the building. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. This a great place for a couple.

This condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view was heavenly. The first couple days were stormy and windy. I can't think of a better place to be during a Hawaii storm.

Wonderful place to stay in Maui! So easy to get in and out in every direction and so close to Safeway grocery store and other places. Condo was super cozy and clean! Condo is updated and has everything you need to make your vacation one to remember. Additionally, the communication with owner was excellent!

Perfect!

We enjoyed a wonderful time in Kihei and the apartment had everything we could wish for. Gorgeous sunsets and ocean views. Very relaxing and beautiful stay.
