All trash and recycling is placed in the dumpster at the beginning of the driveway. Guests with pets are required to pick up waste and place it there
No parking behind the house.
Charcoal grill must be used in the driveway, Cold coals and ashes must be thrown in the dumpster at the beginning of the driveway.

Clean and close to the lake

Rented Don’s house for a stay in sunapee and it was a really nice spot about 5 min from the docks in Newbury. Overall a great spot and would stay here again. Did look like there was a camera at least in the living roo area. Was mainly there to sleep so didn’t look around much more but other than that it was great

Overall the stay was good. There was an issue with one of the toilets with not much of a resolution and the cleanliness of the place was not the best such as there were stains on the bedding.
