Communication with the host was outstanding. They were very responsive and helpful. Cabin was immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Very quiet and beautiful area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing place to enjoy relaxing time together and witness nature. Very clean well stocked necessities and positive vibes. The porch swing and hot tub with a great view. Our pet Milo enjoyed the freedom of the gated porch. Will look forward to returning

The home was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and everything was very well organized. Loved sitting on the porch swing and watching for the Deer to come out of the woods. It was very relaxing and peaceful there. We do a "Women's only" vacation every year and we have decided that this is our favorite place that we have stayed in the past 10 years and would love to come back. The owners definitely thought about everything that you might need or want. Really enjoyed our stay

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Hytte. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you may need for preparing a meal, just bring your groceries. It is a fantastic place to relax and unwind(the hot tub helped with that). Our German shepherd Odin had a great time hiking on the nature trail that is right at the end of the driveway. We walked it daily and he loved it. We had deer stop by almost every evening and sometimes it the morning. What a great place to enjoy nature. We will definitely keep this place on our list for future trips. Thank you Van & James. You have a wonderful place.

Loved how all the decor were themed, the home was amazing and comfortable. Our family enjoyed every minute there and plan on returning. Our dog Sam enjoyed running around and swimming in the pond. The hot tub was my favorite part. Listening to nature and relaxing in the hot tub can’t be beat! Beds were soooo comfortable. Check in was easy and shopping nearby was easy and fun.

Extremely clean, throughout. Well-equipped kitchen, clean linens, and additional amenities provided on arrival. Amazing DVD and game collection, as well as well-curated bookshelves. Outdoor spaces were immaculate! Would love to return here for another trip in future.

What a lovely cabin. It was just as picturesque as the listing pictures. We had such an enjoyable time exploring the beautiful surroundings, sitting back on the porch listening to all the sounds of nature, as well as, relaxing in the hot tub. You won’t be disappointed in this place!

We had an excellent stay! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were beautiful, and the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind. We also appreciated how dog-friendly the cabin was. Our pup loved exploring the area and relaxing with us, which made the trip even more enjoyable.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was simple and stress-free. When you arrive the cabin and property are beautiful and seems very private with no other home visible from the home. My phone service was sketchy but the wifi was perfect and never lost service. The home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and slept like a dream. My grandson loved the firefly’s and deer that visited every day. The owner was wonderful and available for contact responding immediately when I messaged them

Great weekend in a great house!

Fantastic cabin stay

My husband and I rented this cabin to enjoy and have a relaxing stay prior to Christmas holidays beginning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The cabin pictures are great but in this case, the cabin is even better than the pictures!the owners have thought of everything to make your stay more enjoyable!

Loved our stay! This cabin has everything needed for a getaway in the mountains. The hosts have set it up to feel like a home away from home. Everything is comfortable and clean. They even decorated for Christmas! The bunk room has books and toys for kids. The deck is spacious and safe for littles with gates by the stairs. The host was also quick to respond to anything we needed. I would highly recommend this stay!

Happy place

This is our second stay at this cabin and it is outstanding. The friendly host has terrific communication. The cabin is clean and has everything you need. It's so welcoming and we enjoyed our visit very much!
