An easy walk to the football stadium or the bus line. This spacious 3 bed/3 bath home has plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Inside there is a large gourmet kitchen with huge island and plenty of seating. Open floor concept includes a lower level family room and an entry level living room which leads to a private, fenced in backyard with fire pit,picnic table and more seating. The primary suite is large and luxurious. Lower level includes a laundry room.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Thoroughly rinse dishes prior to loading the dishwasher.

Remove all trash and recycling from home. Bins are outside of garage.

Remove any leftover food. Unopened food and beverage can be left at the home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
