On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with fireplace, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. You have access to the covered balcony to the covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (15 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and bidet.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Pazin, district of Bakši. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sqm with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Plot area: 800 m² - youth groups not permitted. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport.
