The owner was so easy to work with. Great to correspond with. We were in town for our daughters wedding and the house was perfectly located to the venue. The lakefront cottage was great for our weekend trip to Georgia for the Augusta National Women's Amateur. The host was very helpful and provided a ton of recommendations and information for our stay. The area is very quiet and relaxing.

The property definitely needs some attention. Surprisingly was not as well maintained as the photos and the agreement required prior to our arrival would suggest. The property not well cared for and or visited by the owners who would probably expect more for their home. Probably would not stay again feeling disappointed with the smell and care of a dog friendly place. The view was beautiful but the outside furniture was not acceptable to sit and or appreciate to chill and relax on. The fire pit was completely not safe and or even usable. We left the home much cleaner than our arrival with the concern of the conditions found. Disappointed!! Overall not pleased but the other homes in the area are Beautiful!
