Charming historic bungalow

We were lucky to find this quaint home while traveling across the US to our new home. Very easy to find, beautiful decor, seamless communication. We wish we could have stayed longer to visit the adorable neighborhood. Postcard perfect.

Great location-beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants & downtown New Albany. Very clean & well equipped home. In area for event at Kentucky Expo Center. Easy drive to get back & forth. Highly Recommend.

Weekend Stay

We stayed at this property for a weekend basketball tournament at the Louisville Expo Center. It was a great location (great neighborhood) and a short 15 minute to the Expo Center. The house is clean and well kept with plenty of kitchen tools and lots of quality bathroom towels. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again.

Lovely Experience!!

Our family loved our stay!! The house had so much character but was very comfortable with comfortable beds, a nice yard for our puppy, and a keurig with coffee to get us back on the road. The location was also excellent! A safe, walkable neighborhood with big historic homes all around. We enjoyed walking to downtown for a quick breakfast and also over to the river to play on the playground. Loved our stay and will choose this home again when we pass through again! Thank you!!

I lived in this property from 2016-2022 before deciding to make it a full-time rental. It's vintage charm, coziness, and sublime location all add together to make the perfect spot in town. A nice tucked away oasis among gorgeous historic mansions in beautiful New Albany! I hope you love it as much as I did!
