About this property

Our beach house is the closest community to both Rehoboth Beach and Route One. This community is 4.2 miles to downtown Rehoboth and 4.8 miles to Lewes. Guest can go “Left for Lewes” and “Right for Rehoboth” with ease allowing them to enjoy both coastal beach towns!

Our home is newly build in 2022; clean, smoke free and pet/ child friendly. Brand new furniture and appliances and Swimming Pool/clubhouse in the community just two minutes walk!

Our Space:

Kitchen- There is kitchen and all of the cooking conveniences you should expect; clean appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Pepper, salt and catch-up are also stocked.

Dining Area- The dinning table can accommodates 6 people. Is good for family dinner and game night.

Living Room- Brand new sofa (Sofa is pull out sofa) and smart TV are located in the living room for family.

Laundry Room- Brand new washing machine and drying machine are available.

Parking - The maximum parking is 2 cars, but it also has off-street parking available.

Bedroom Configuration:

Master Bedroom: King size bed with full bathroom and new television.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 & 4: Both rooms has one Queen size bed with a jack-and-jill bathroom.

This is newly developed community in Rehoboth beach. All the accommodations are brand new. But please be aware that some of the house on the community is still under construction. If you have any questions, feel free to send an inquiry to ask questions. I’m here to help!

Delaware Beach Vacation

Overall we had a very nice stay. This home is in a great location, beautiful and friendly neighborhood, with a very nice community pool. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. However, when we arrived we discovered a significant amount of rotting garbage in the garage. Both extra large garbage bins were overflowing and covered in flies. We immediately contacted Devin about this. He made arrangements to have it rebagged and taken outside the next afternoon and then picked up on the following afternoon. Devin also refunded us a 1.5 days for this inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated.

Beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood

This house was absolutely stunning. Lots of storage place and plenty of room to sleep everyone. Quick walk to the pool which we took advantage of every day! Peaceful neighborhood very close to many shops and restaurants in Rehoboth. Looking forward to staying here again this time next year! Owner was always very quick to respond if there were any questions we had!

Nice Place

Nice house, a little nicer than I expected from the photos. It's new, so it doesn't have that "lived-in" feel yet, but then again, everything works! We had an issue when we arrived and the owner dealt with it immediately and gave us a day's refund. Class act.
